Doug Serven started and led the Reformed University Fellowship chapter at the University of Oklahoma for 10 years, then planted City Presbyterian Church in Oklahoma City, where he ministered for another 10 years. He moved to Baltimore in 2022. Doug became the Senior Pastor of Grace Reformed Presbyterian Church, in Relay MD, in May, 2023.

Doug is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church of America (PCA). He is a graduate of Covenant Seminary (St. Lous, MO), as well as holding two non-ministry degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia and the University of Oklahoma. Doug is taking Doctorate of Ministry classes at the St. Mary's Ecumenical Institute in Baltimore with an emphasis on evaluating church health assessments.

Doug is married to Julie, and they have four adult children. Doug enjoys editing and publishing books, baseball, live music, sailing, and cooking.
