Beaverlodge Baptist Church has an ordained pastor with several years experience in preaching, teaching, and evangelism.  Rick has been the pastor of Beaverlodge Baptist Church since April 2019. Rick also pastored at two other Baptist Churches and served as an elder at a church in Grande Prairie.

In September 2006, he received his Master of Divinity from Sovereign Grace Baptist Seminary and in February 2022, he received a Diploma in Theology & Pastoral Studies from London Reformed Baptist Seminary, a ministry of the Metropolitan Tabernacle (Spurgeon's former church). Rick has been married to his lovely wife over 35 years. They have two children and six grandchildren.
