Dr. E. Todd Buchner is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) laboring out of bounds with Christians Teaching Christians (CTC), a ministry for the theological training of pastors in third world countries. For seventeen years, he was pastor of Reidville Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Reidville, South Carolina. A native of western Pennsylvania, Dr. Buchner is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College (BS), Knox Theological Seminary (MDiv) and Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary (DMin). He is married to Shannon, and together they have two children and three grandchildren.
