Operation Renewed Hope is a medical mission agency. Dr. Jan Milton and his wife worked with the ministry since its beginning. As pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Fayetteville, NC, the Ministry began. In 1991, during a mission to Panama, the first medical mission was set in motion. This very simple beginning led to a world-wide ministry The ministry conducts evangelistic medical clinics for the purpose of encouraging existing churches and helping to establish new churches. The ministry ships or purchases medical equipment or relief goods to people in need. Through missionaries, the ministry works with natural and man-made disasters. Homes of Hope is a ministry helping to support missionary children's homes. Air Hope is a mercy air ministry delivering relief to many. Youth are provided opportunities such a medical mission summits, youth boot camps, and ministry internships. There are more mission efforts that Operation Renewed Hope conducts always giving the gospel of Christ.
