Dr. R. Scott Clark is Professor of Church History and Historical Theology at Westminster Seminary California where he has served since 1997. Professor Clark is an ordained minister in the United Reformed Church and is an Associate Pastor of Oceanside United Reformed Church in Carlsbad, CA. Dr. Clark is a graduate of the University of Nebraska; he received his M.Div. from Westminster California and his D.Phil. from St. Anne’s College – Oxford University. Professor Clark is well known for his book Recovering the Reformed Confession, and he has also authored numerous scholarly works including Caspar Olevian and the Substance of the Covenant and is the editor of the series Classical Reformed Theology. He also writes regularly for Modern Reformation, Tabletalk, and The Outlook.
