Scott trusted Jesus Christ as his Savior over twenty years ago when he learned John 3:16 at the first Bible study he attended with the Duluth Bible Church. After graduating from the Grace Institute of Biblical Studies and ministering in various capacities at DBC, Scott became Pastor Rokser's assistant in 1999. He assists with visitation, evangelism, prison ministries, Junior Church, song leading and administration. Scott and his wife Elizabeth have two sons and one daughter. Several of Scott's favorite verses are Isaiah 41:13, 2 Corinthians 9:8, 1 Thessalonians 5:24 and Philippians 4:13.
