Dr. Joel Tetreau prefers to be known as Pastor Joel..or simply Joel. Joel loves the congregation he serves at Southeast Valley Baptist Church. Joel has 17 years of pastoral experience. He has been a guest workshop lecturer at the Annual Leadership Conference held at Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary in Lansdale, PA. Early in his ministry he taught at the Great Lakes Sunday School Conference and served as a member of the IFBAM youth committee in Southeastern Michigan. He has also served in student body leadership positions both at International Baptist College as well as Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary. He has ministered in a variety of other settings, both nationally and internationally. He presently is member of the AACC (American Association of Christian Counselors) as well as a present member of ETS (Evangelical Theological Society).
