We found this sermon to be comforting and encouraging as we have been passing through our own time of despondency. "Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God." Psalm 42:11What sweeter words could there be when all seems to be darkness? The darkness has an end!

amen & amen... love the value of this supreme call in Christ, not at the expense of truth, but for the love of God in the Lord Jesus Christ– "Lord, our king and ruler; Jesus, the One who saves; Christ the Anointed... not just for me, but also for us"The way toward unity made clear, by looking to the Lamb, and being aware of our pride. Seeking a closer walk with Thee, and by Thy grace, loving the brethren as One body, of the same mind, for Thy Namesake–Amen!

This message gives us reason to look at the power of our faith during our trials. Faith is a strange attribute in the life of a Christian, but it is the power that gets us through our trials. Faith needs to be preached more in our churches -- we know too little of it.

As we get older we have to face the coming death that comes to each of us.But how we face death is up to how we see the Resurrection of Jesus Christ and our own future. Death can look peaceful or can look scary. Thank you Jesus Christ for my peace in the face of death.

Death comes to us all, but how we look forward to it makes all the difference in life before death. Christians can see death very differently than unsaved people -- God makes all the difference.

This is perhaps that best sermon I have heard about God's Grace, Man's Repentance, and how we should see that we once were an evil, corrupt person deserving of judgment, but by God's Grace, we repented and received salvation. For that even, the angels in heaven rejoiced -- for me. What greater picture can we see what salvation means in God's Goodness.

This message is a blessing to us who are going through a trial or tribulation. We should look to God's purpose for this, and look to Him to give us understanding.

We must always ask God why things are happening especially when everything seems wrong and evil. There are reasons for inequity and trials and only those who look to God will find answers.
