The first six chapters of our Confession of Faith set before us the first principles of our faith. These chapters in the Second London Baptist Confession lay a foundation for all of the doctrines described in the remaining chapters of the confession. Indeed, these first principles mark the "faith once believed among the saints" for all Reformed Christians.
