From Pastor Wright: "It is with much sorrow that I have to tell you that Ruairidh was formally declared dead at 2:47 this afternoon. I know that you will grieve with us at the passing of one we held so dear."
Dear Covenant, the Wrights send their deepest thanks to all for your prayers, visits, messages, food, and other support during this trial. They do ask though, that there be no visitors tomorrow (Tues), so that they can just be with Ruairidh.
From Pastor Wright: "Ruairidh had an uneventful night. We spoke to doctors this morning and he is planning a family conference this afternoon. Your prayers are deeply appreciated."
Ruairidh was in a serious car accident. He is in the hospital & is in critical condition. Please pray for complete recovery. And pray for Iain & Louise.
On Sunday, we heard Jeremy and Hannah's baby boy was born on Sat. Here are the derails: Born Feb 3 at 9:53pm. His name is Hudson Taylor, 7 lbs 7 oz, 21". Names after the missionary God used to spread the gospel in China in the late 1800s. Pray that this child shares the zeal for advancement of the Kingdom.

Our prayers are answered for the safe delivery of Kaydence Jean Voss, born to Jason & Kelly on Dec 6, 2023. She was 6 lbs 9 oz and 20" tall. Mother and baby are recovering well! Praise God!
Our annual Fall Conference begins tonight at 7:30pm, tomorrow at 7:00pm, & both services Sun. This year, we have David Carmichael. All are encouraged to attend.
