Paul has been serving in fulltime ministry for more than twenty years. He became Senior Pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church in 2018. He is a graduate of New Orleans Theological Seminary.

He lives in Ruston with his wife, Christina and children, Titus, Lydia, and Lucas.
