Temple & Priesthood

We cannot do what we are supposed to do without knowing what we are, hence the 18 metaphors for the church in Scripture. One is that we are a Temple (Holy Place – the place for people to approach the dwelling of God – so we must be separated from sin and must honor the church) and we are a Priesthood (offering sacrifices of praise, prayer, repentance, giving, sharing, love, faith, ministry of spiritual gifts, souls of men).
