Liberty and Respect for the Civil Magistrate

In this sermon we look at the Apostle's warning against dishonoring the ordinance of God, the civil magistrate. We see that carnality is defined as "speaking against authorities", and how we ought to receive the "powers that be" as the ordinance of God.
