Today I'm going to talk about the bestest or the worstest. Are those good words? See, what's important is just we communicate. If I could just nod my head and y'all know what I'm thinking, we communicate. So whatever you say, however you say it, but today we're going to talk about the bestest or the worstest. In 2 Timothy 2.15 the Bible says, Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Apostle Paul wrote that to us and like I've told you I mean so many times only the King James has study all the other verses have different words Okay, and we talked about last week. We've been talking about the rapture. We've been talking about Tribulation we've been talking about The second coming we've been talking about millennial reign last week. We talked about the judgment seat of Christ And so I'm trying to I'm trying to keep covering some of these areas today. We'll be talking about its death aren't you excited? We'll be talking about death today. And well, death could be your bestest day ever. Death should be the greatest, the day you die should be the greatest day of your life. When you step as a Christian out of this world into the eternal, into eternity, into heaven to be with Jesus. Or if you're not, then it will be the worstest day of your life because you won't be stepping, you'll probably be cast into hell. We don't talk about that, I mean it's a reality, but we want to talk about believers, what happens to us. In 2 Thessalonians 5.23, 2 Thessalonians 5.23, The Bible says, and the very God of peace sanctify you wholly, and I pray your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. You understand you're a three-part being, your spirit, soul, and body. We have to understand that part, first of all. Now, go to Genesis 2-7. Genesis 2-7. and the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and man became a living soul. God breathed the breath of life into you and we became a living soul. You know, if you thought about it, we were made out of dust. I guess it was mud, wasn't it? I mean, I guess he had to mix a little water, I don't know how he did it, but we were made out of dirt, not created. The dirt was already here. The difference in creation and made. And so we were made out of the dirt. And so I thought that was pretty interesting. Now I'm going to try to do this. I talk to y'all like at the sixth grade level. I tell you that's one thing. And I got a lady, she's probably going to listen to this. We're joking about it. I think we're joking about the other day. She's in Baltimore one So we've been trying to talk back and forth. She's got all these questions and she started on she know she said she had Philippians Memorized before her life the whole pretty much a whole book and so she knows the scripture, but she's just now understanding right division And so we communicate back and forth and she's got somebody else that she's talking to so we're reaching lots of people I mean just not in here, but I thought was interesting. I When we come through, I'm gonna give you an analogy and see if you can, I think you'll get it. Now I know you can criticize and say, hey, come on, you're being too simplistic. I know all that, but I'm doing it so we can understand. Does anybody know what a car tire is? All right, okay, let's just imagine, now God help me with this, the tire is your body, the rubber. All right? The inner tube is your soul. And the air is your spirit. Just think about that a second. You know, we've talked about it. How many times have we talked about, when we go to heaven before we get a resurrected body, what are we going to look like? What are we going to be? Well, I suggest to you that your soul is going to look just like you do now, or when you die. That's what I'm going to suggest to you. And I'm going to try to give you scriptures to explain it, maybe give you an idea. But I do believe we'll recognize one another. I don't think it's just going to be a little beam of light. I think we're going to recognize one another, which is a good thing. And I'll try to back that up. We're going to get new bodies at the rapture. And I know, I'm confident of that. We'll have resurrected bodies. But just keep that in mind. One thing I saw, you ever read in your Bible something you don't like? You ever look in your Bible and go, I don't like that. I don't understand it. It messes up. You ever had your theology messed up? Well, I was studying. Y'all check this out. And I can't explain it, but you take this and just work with it and pray about it and study it to see what you come up with. Go to Ecclesiastes 12, 7. This got told to me in one of my Bible studies this week, and I didn't like it. And I didn't agree with it. And I sat there and kept my mouth shut. I tried to be a good guy, you know, just don't cause a stink. Turn to Ecclesiastes, I'll tell you where to turn, Ecclesiastes 12, 7. The Bible says, then shall the dust return to the earth as it was, and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. Is that all spirits, or just born-again spirits? It's all. And I got that, and I didn't like it. I'm just sitting there, and I said, no, no, no, no, it doesn't save me. And so then, I had the, what do you call it, what do you call a lifeline, what do you call that show? What was that show you want, huh? You call me a millionaire, so I talked to two of my buddies, and they said, that's what it says. All spirits return to God, because he gave them. No, we all don't go to heaven. We all don't go to heaven, but all spirits. And I asked them to explain it. Guy in Ohio, guy in Alabama, guy in Georgia. They can't explain it, they just said, that's what it says. And there's some things, and then one guy said something very, it was just, it really changed me in my thinking and my studying. He said, I don't understand it, but when you see something in the Bible and it's written and that's how it is, unless you accept it as it is, how are you ever gonna grow? So you might not understand it, but just, well, that's what it says, I don't understand it. And it bore witness with me real bad. He said, don't deny it, don't refuse it, just accept it for what it says. Accept the Bible for what it says, and then God will hopefully, he'll be able, you can grow and develop. But if you shut that off, you may get stagnated, right? The best example, well, not the best, talks about women preachers. That's plain. Paul made it very plain. I don't really like that, but it's still plain. So you need to accept what the Bible says. So anyway, study on that a little bit. We'll work through it some as we go. There are many things after death I don't understand. Anybody here died before? Anyway, I don't understand. I know we could go ask Jesse Duplantis. He talks to God and gets advice, right? I saw YouTube this morning, he said that God asked him his advice and he did what Jesse said. Y'all know that's heresy. Y'all know that's twisted and distorted. So anyway, God didn't ask, he's not going to ask any advice from us. We know there's a heaven and a hell, and we know that hell is not meant for us. What's God's will? The two points we talk about? All be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Timothy 2.4. That's part of God's will is all be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. So getting saved is one step. Then after that, we need to come to knowledge of the truth and gain that knowledge by studying the word, understanding how to rightly divide it. The savings part is pretty simple. If you've come here any time at all, you've had to hear the gospel multiple times. What's the gospel? That you believe what? The death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. That's the gospel. But now if you notice, like I'm trying to teach y'all, it's very important to talk about how he died. He didn't die in a car wreck. He died on the cross, the most humiliating way possible. If you read your Bible, read your King James, it says how he died. how he died. And if you believe that, you're born again. If you believe how Jesus died on the cross, he was buried and rose again, and you put your trust and faith in that, you're born again, you're saved, you're a new creature in Christ Jesus. You're saved by grace through faith, not of yourselves, it's the gift of God. Not of works, otherwise you can brag about it. This morning I saw this while I was listening to, coming down here, talking about it in prayer. It was 61% of the people who claim to be evangelical Christians, which is like the hardcore, like what we would be, evangelical Christians, they don't believe that the Bible is the final authority. They believe your conscience is your guide. This is 61% of the people who say they are evangelical Christians that say it. I think we've got a lot of people that say it, but they aren't it. Make sure you're it. Make sure in what you believe. Please make sure that you don't get a do-over. Amen. That is the gospel. I've got to believe that the more knowledge you gain of the truth, the greater your reward will be when you stand at the judgment seat of Christ to receive your reward. Not the white throne judgment. That's probably going to be next week, the great white throne judgment. We'll see. the best day of your life. We have Danny here and he has cancer and the chemo is not working. He just told me. So he's looking at death, right? God can heal him or he can die. Either way. Either way. But if you think about it, now I want to encourage you here You as a Christian, the day you die, you'll be carried into heaven. You'll be with Jesus Christ in heaven. I don't know how instantly you'll be there. And there's nothing about that that's bad. Everyone of us is going to die. I've told you before, I wouldn't necessarily mind it. I don't really want to go right now, but I'm not afraid of it. If you are afraid of dying, please make sure that your salvation is secure. I mean, to be, can you imagine being in heaven? I can't. I can't even imagine what it'd be like. It'd be an awesome, awesome place to go. Awesome place to be. Somebody has to pay for your sin. Right? Somebody. All right? Who's paid for it? He, do we understand? He's paid, he paid for it. All right? How do you get that payment into your account? How do you apply that payment to your account? By faith. Then that payment, you receive that payment, then you're good. If you don't, you're still going to pay. But you'll never pay it up. You'll be paying it for eternity. You'll never pay. But you're going to be paying for eternity. And you don't have to do that. You do not have to do that. I'm going to be good and earn my way. Your sins have been paid for. If you could pay for your sin, why did Jesus even have to die? If you could pay for it, what's the point? I could earn my way. It's amazing that people, it breaks my heart to think of the people that actually believe they're saved, but the day they die, they're going to find themselves in hell because they never believed the gospel. They believed, I worked hard, I was a good person. And I mean, since good people, you good people, good people. and they're going to wake up and there's probably going to be people there that are going to see me or you and go, what's he doing here? Right? I wouldn't doubt it. You're going to say, well, man, he's here? I never even knew. I can't understand all that. God's grace is way beyond my pay grade, but I thank God for it. I thank God for it. The best day of your life will be the day that you die. The best day of your life. The Bible says in 2 Peter 3 somewhere that a day with the Lord is like a thousand years, and a thousand years is like a day. Now explain that to me. A day with the Lord is like a thousand years, but a thousand years is like a day. In my mind, That almost to me sounds like eternity in a way. I'm just talking, I can't prove that, but that's what the Bible says. To be with Jesus one day will be like you've been a thousand years, but a thousand years is like one day. That's what we're talking about, to be with Him. You know, some people believe in universalism. They believe in God. God loves everybody. He couldn't send anybody to hell. He can't do that because He loves all of us. Some people believe in annihilation. That's what my dad believed. He believed before he got saved, I talked to him. I said, what's going to happen when you die? He said, see that dog right there? Same thing happens to him. I said, what? He just dies. It's over. That's part of annihilation. You just sort of, poof, you're just gone. Now, if you're not born again, you like that. That's a good way to go, because you ain't got to pay for anything. Boop, gone. But that's not biblical, not biblical at all. The other thing was, remember we talked, I've told you about the people believing in reincarnation, depending on what you do you can come back as this and this and that, you progress through animals or whatever. I don't know how all that works, but that's not true. It's all about works. You're saved by grace, not by your works. Death, I like this. Death is just a changed condition of existence. It's just a changed condition of existence. See, nobody vanishes, nobody sees living. No matter what happens to you, you're gonna live forever in heaven or in hell or the lake of fire eventually. I saw, you know how many times you've seen what shows the devil? and they show these movies and he's got all his demons and they're torturing you in hell. Y'all seen those? He's got that piss fork and he's stabbing you and screaming at you and all that stuff. No, man, the Bible plainly says he's going to be tormented. He's not the ruler of that kingdom. We've all been lied to about those things. He's going to be tortured just like everybody else is, to a much greater degree. That's what happens at the White Throne Judgment. Your pay for your sins depend on the severity of them, and God decides that. The most righteous judge. But he's not down there ruling in hell. He still has access to heaven now. He hasn't been cast out of heaven yet. Because you're supposed to pray about spiritual wickedness in high places. He's still out and about. He's still getting things done. A natural death would be where you separate from your body. where your soul leaves your body. That's a natural death. A spiritual death is when you're separated from God. That's the really bad one. We do not want to be separated from God. Jesus said, Father, Father, why have you forsaken me? Did God separate? He pulled away. I can't imagine what that could have felt like to Jesus. Some of us don't believe God's with us all the time, but he is. If you're born again, the Holy Spirit lives inside of you. He's there 24-7. He hasn't gone anywhere. He's still there. We might not think so, but he is, based on our feelings too much. I looked up the dictionary, I told y'all, you should have this app on your phone, the 1828 Webster's Dictionary. It's better than any other concordance I've ever seen. It says, death is the total and permanent cessation of all vital functions to the point they can't be reinstated. All your vital functions have stopped and they can't be brought back. That's death. That's one definition. And the other definition is separation from God. Separation from God. All believers will go. And see, some people ask, have y'all ever wondered, is cremation okay? Have you ever wondered, like, is it okay to be cremated? Who's wondered that? Is that it? That's it? You never even wondered it? What's wrong with your mind? I mean most Christians, is it okay? I don't know. And you know J. Bernard McGee, one of my favorite guys, I don't agree with him on many things, but he talked about it. He said it's not okay. I said I didn't agree with him on a lot of things. But he said it's not okay because in the Bible no Christian, no believer was ever cremated. It was just by heathens. And I watched, was it some gypsies? That's how gypsies were buried. They put them in a big carriage thing, according to what I watched on TV, and they put them in a big carriage and set it on fire and burn them up. And so I said, well, they must be right. I don't know. But you know, you're going to turn to dust anyway. I mean, I'm just talking. Cremation just sort of speeded it up. And in Jesus' day, it didn't cost $20,000 to be buried. They just dug a hole from it. You understand? What does a funeral cost? $13,000, $14,000? You remember? How much is a regular funeral? About $15,000, is that right? Do you know? I don't know. Is it about 15 or is it less than that? 10? Okay. Well, see back then it wasn't like that. So anyway, I don't see anything in the Bible that says it's wrong. You got to make your own decision. And my wife decided mine for me. I do run my household, but she said, I'm not going to be cremated. I don't want to be. And so I said, well, I mean, I know you're going to go, you're so dumb. Well, I don't want to be over here and she over there. And so I said, OK, we'll be buried. Right? That's what I'm going to do. Is that right or wrong? Don't know. But we're going to be side by side in some kind of mausoleum thing, whatever it is. Anyway, who knows how it's all going to end up. So you just got to make your own decision. I can't prove either way is right or wrong. We good? What's the penalty for sin? Does it say that in the Bible? Romans 6, 623, what does it say? Wedge of sin is death. So, sin's penalty is death. I had some guys the other day, one of my other things I work with, and they were all saying, except me, you know, whatever, and they believe that Jesus Christ had to go to hell and suffer and be beaten and tormented down there in the flames and all to pay for our sin. And so we corresponded after that and so we're just going to disagree. When he said it's finished, I believe he meant it was finished. Nothing else had to be done. He paid for it. So there are all kinds of beliefs, and it's not going to affect your salvation. I mean, I don't think, not at all. But we have all kinds of things where people believe, and I'm not really sure. I just don't agree with that at all. I mean, it's paid for. We're all going to keep living. We're just going to sort of change our address. Right? Some of us, address is going to be heaven, and some people are going to be hell. I know that people are going to hear this and their new address, their forwarding address right now is going to be hell. But there's no reason for it. There's no reason for it. They're going to be blinds and deceived. We just need to pray for everyone that they see the truth. And we do as well. We do as well. There are two forevers. There's the bestest and the worstest. Our minds cannot comprehend heaven or hell. We read about it, understand it. And you think about God is a righteous judge. There will be no mistakes. I've thought about this. We'll talk about it next week, probably. Every person, every unbeliever is gonna stand before God one day, every unbeliever. and he's before Jesus, because he's the judge. He's going to judge. There are billions and billions and billions of people who are lost, aren't born again. And so in my little mind, I just start thinking, well what about, okay, this is going to be billions, let's say. What percent of the world do you think, this is just your opinion, just your opinion, saved. 10 or 20? It's just your opinion. 30? Anybody else? Anybody think it's more than 30? We're not God, we're not judges, it's just our opinion. I think 30 is very generous. I think it's very generous. So all these billions of people, just think about it, this is where my mind goes when I'm by myself alone in the basement. If each person stands before Jesus at the great white throne judgment, not the judgment seat of Christ, the unbelievers, for 15 seconds, I mean, 15 seconds, it's going to be decided pretty quick. I mean, it's already decided, but he's going to show you, I think. It'll be 100,000 years. You think it'll be that long? I don't think so. I don't understand. If every unbeliever is going to have to stand before the Lord and give an account, of their works, and God's going to show them how filthy they were, and they're going to realize, oh my, then they're going to bow, every knee will bow, every tongue confess, above heaven, in heaven, beneath the earth, and say that Jesus Christ is Lord. Everybody is going to say that. But I thought, man, that could take thousands and thousands of years. Anyway, something to think about, I think. Luke 16, 19. Luke 16, 19. Luke 16, 19. The bestest day or the worstest day? I want it to be the bestest day for all of us. Everybody that's listening to this, please make it your best day. You're going to live. You're going to live forever somewhere. You get to choose your location. Jesus Christ has paid for your sin fully, fully. There was a certain rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every day. And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate full of sores. Some people say this is just a parable. Disagree 100%. When Jesus names names, it's not a parable. He named names here. This is real. And desired to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table, moreover, the dogs came and licked his sores. And it came to pass that the beggar died and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom." That's also known as paradise. The rich man died also and was buried. And in hell he lift up his eyes being in torments and seeing Abraham afar off and Lazarus in his bosom. He's probably carrying or hugging or whatever, that's what his bosom means. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, he recognized Abraham. Father Abraham, have mercy on me and send Lazarus. So he knew who he's looking, he saw Lazarus. He identified him. He may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue for I am tormented in his flame. This is God's word. He recognized Abraham, he recognized Lazarus, he could see him, he could talk and he can feel. I'm being tormented and enslaved. He's not even like a fire yet. He's just in hell. But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivest thy good things, and likewise thou receivest evil things. Now he is comforted and thou art not tormented. And beside all this, between us and you, there is a great gulf fixed, so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot, neither can they pass to us. They will come from thence." And he said, please send to my father's house. I got some brothers and let them tell about, tell them about me. Tell them about what the truth. He said, they got Moses and the prophets. That's all they're going to get. He says, even if one rose from the dead and came to them, they wouldn't repent. And see, one did rise from the dead. One did rise from the dead, Jesus Christ. And they still don't recognize Him. We talked about last week, the Jews in Israel, many of them are going to fall for the Antichrist. And I know there are many Antichrists in the world now, that's plain. If you are Antichrist, you are an Antichrist. But there's going to be THE Antichrist. and he's going to trick them for three and a half years, and they're going to worship him, it's going to be world peace, and they're going to think, they are going to believe the people who deny Jesus Christ are going to accept the Antichrist as their Savior. Think about that. That's what he just said, even though rose from the dead, they're not going to repent. Even though one rose from the dead. God gave us two choices. He chose grace, we have grace from Him, or we can have wrath. Those are the choices. It's one of those two. You get grace or wrath. Choose grace. Some people think, many people think it's like an in-between. An in-between. And if I really do good, how many times have you been and heard somebody say, he's a really good man? Been to a funeral, he's in heaven, he's a really good man. Y'all know my big pet peeve about, I love doing funerals, and I love going to them, not because somebody's died, but I know many people have died that I'm pretty confident have gone to heaven. I don't know, none of us know for sure, but when somebody stands up saying, I know he's in heaven, I know she's in heaven that day, you gotta be careful about that. You don't know, but we can say, I'm pretty confident he's done it. But how many times here, he was a good man, she was a good woman, that's got nothing to do with it. Y'all know that, don't you? It's got nothing to do with you going to heaven, whether you're good or bad. When you become a Christ, you're sealed. When you become a Christian, you become sealed. You can act all kinds of stupid ways. I don't believe in it. Some people say, different ministers say, well, yeah, you can only tell if he's a Christian by the way he acts. And if he doesn't act like a Christian, then he can't be a Christian. That's a lie. If y'all saw how I acted all the time, you wouldn't think I was a Christian. Right? If I came to y'all's house and hung out two or three days, I would think you ain't a Christian sometimes. Am I right? Right? You stupid, whatever. It's not on how you act. It's your faith in who Jesus Christ is. We talked about today, how many people don't come to church because they've been offended? How many people don't go to church, we prayed about this morning, because they've been offended? I guarantee I've offended most everybody in this church, maybe not Denise yet, but everybody else I know I've offended probably. Right? Jonathan, what are you laughing at, Jonathan? He's looking down laughing. Right? That's just being a human being. You're going to say things and you ever said something you wish you hadn't said? Man, I wish they hadn't said that. But anybody ever come to you and said, and I thought you were a Christian. That's, you come right, man, that's a, you got the best, the best opportunity in the world. I want somebody to tell me that. Hear me out. Man, and you call yourself a preacher? You call yourself a Christian? Look what you did. Sir, I am very sorry. What you just saw me do is not who I am. Please forgive me. Please. If you want to see it change, it changes quickly. That's all you got to do. Just admit you messed up. Just admit it. That's happened about three times. But I meant it, though. I didn't mean to do that. It's like spit comes out and they don't even know what to say. It's like it just blows your mind away. Gosh, maybe he really is. Because he apologized for what he said. Right? Learn from that. Please learn from that. Fix so many things in your life. We talked about forgiveness. If you say, I ain't going back to church because so-and-so said this and this and that and the other and somebody didn't do this or somebody said my seed or somebody did this and that and the other. Well, if you're a Christian, where'd forgiveness go? Where'd forgiveness go? If you're a Christian, you're supposed to forgive, not for your salvation, just for your goodness inside of you. You can't walk around hating somebody. If you ever held somebody accountable and not like them, only to find out you were wrong, Raise your hand. Come on. Have you ever said, man, that person didn't mean, I can't believe that. And then you find out, I mean, it's embarrassing too, ain't it? You go, man, I've been mad at you for two weeks. I mean, you're thinking that. I talked to somebody this week, and they said they've had something against this lady for, I mean, for probably a year. And all of a sudden, she comes to talk to them. And then once they talk to her, they said, oh, my gosh. I had it all wrong. I was totally wrong. I'm gonna go back and tell her, and I said, that's a good idea. Make it right, man, make it right. When you get to be perfect, come see me. You can't stand up here and talk for 30 minutes and not wish, well, I could've said that different. I got about three things I could've said different right now. But I gotta get beyond that. I gotta keep moving forward. I'm like a shark, I'll die if I stay still. I'm not a shark, you know what I'm saying? How many of you, how many people you know, well I'm a pretty, I'm a good person, I mean, I've lived a pretty good life, I don't drink, I don't smoke, I haven't cheated on my spouse, I mean I have a job, I got my bills paid, What else? I got a good family. I treat my mom and dad good. I go to church every Sunday. I give. I serve. All these things. Well, see, what happens is you're not careful. Those people, if they're denying the gospel, what they're saying, they have become now their own judge. I am the judge and the lawyer, too. I decide how good I am and what I've earned for that. See, you can't, you're not the judge. You're not the judge. You're not the lawyer either. You have an advocate, but you're not the lawyer. They think they can control their own destiny. And there are many people like that. I was gonna use the word, what's that word that they use on suits? I like to say it. when the lawyer makes a decision, or the judge, adjudicate. Is that a word? It is, ain't it? When you, you know, you decide, you look it up on your phone, check it out, yeah. And so they're gonna, in other words, they're people, they're out here in the world that believe in Christians, and they believe they're gonna get to decide. They're making their decision on whether they're qualified to get into heaven. There's only one qualification. Nobody comes to the Father except through Jesus Christ. Forgot how many people all these other different ways all this come to God many many ways. No, there's only one way It's through Jesus Christ. There is no other way. Oh You're being real hardcore. Oh, no, it's just the truth. Oh, I don't like absolute truth Do not have it's always the wiggle room here. There's not in there. There's only one way You if you come here if you come here any time at all and you go to hell, it's all your fault. I It's 100% on you, because you've heard the gospel, you've heard it over and over and over. If you die and go to hell, it ain't on me, it's on you. Because you've heard it, you had to reject it. You had to reject it. Please don't reject it. I try so hard, the first thing we've talked about many times, first thing, get the right Bible. Get God's Word, get it first, get that right first. You gonna be reading any junk stuff out there that's been perverted and changed? I think about people and what about the people who've never heard the gospel? What happens to them? Do you believe there are people who have not heard the gospel in the world? Yeah. What happens to them? Do you know? No, you don't know. What about children, as I say, 7 years old, 8 years, 10 years old? What happens to them when they die? You don't know. You don't know. I know what I want to believe, and I know God's fair. I know He is perfect in His judgment. What about aborted babies? I think they all go to heaven. That's the only consolation, that's one consolation I have. I can't see, I mean I'm not God, I can't see any, it's ridiculous to think any other way. I believe they go straight to heaven. I don't know these things. The Bible says his ways are higher than our ways, his thoughts are higher than our thoughts. We can't comprehend all what God does. We have to trust Him and know that He is perfectly righteous, there won't be a mistake, He can't be bought off, and His will is for all of us to be saved. That's His will. I can't see I can hold little kids and people haven't heard. I don't know how that works. I'm sure there are people in the world who haven't heard the gospel. 2 Corinthians 12. 2 Corinthians 12, 2. This is Paul. This is one man who I know went to heaven. 12, 2. He says, Paul writes, I knew a man in Christ about fourteen years ago, whether in the body, I cannot tell, or without a body, I cannot tell. God knows. So, he goes, see, fourteen years ago, if you go back in Acts, in Acts, he was stoned and left for dead. If you, I didn't trace this back, but I believe this is when he was stoned and left for dead, but he came back to life. Remember when he was stoned? Remember Paul was stoned? And Cannot tell such a one caught up to the third heaven. That is where God is Remember I taught you in the Bible what? People say if you got a Bible says in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. That's a bad Bible He didn't make the heavens. He made the heaven and earth on the third day. He divided the heavens Remember the first second third. That's just remember that He's got up to heaven. I knew such a man with anybody or either body cannot tell God knows that How would he say that? I mean, I'm just, that's what I was talking about the entire while ago. I believe your soul looks just like you do. It's the same shape. And so he's going, am I in the body or not in the body? Am I in the body or not in the body? That's how I take that. You take it many other ways how you want to take it, but it's, anyway. how he was called up into paradise and heard unspeakable words which it is not lawful for a man to utter. These people could say, I've been to heaven, this, that, and the other. Paul just said, it's unlawful to even say what I heard. Of such one will I glory, yet of myself I will not glory but in mine affirmities. It's where he talks about the thorn in the flesh. I believe here Paul went to heaven and what he saw and what he heard, I can't repeat it. It's not lawful for me to say. Can you imagine a little while later, how many times did Paul say, basically, I wish I was dead. I wish I was out of here, man. I want to be up there. I want to be up there, not down here. But for your sake, I got to stay here. But man, I wish I was up there. If that doesn't give you hope, Don't be afraid of death. You're going to live forever and make it the best day of your life. The best day of your life. I think it's excellent. Let me see if it talks back. where it talks about when he was stoned. Anyway, I want to check that. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Acts 14, 19. Acts 14, 19. And there came together Sir Deuce Manioc and Iconium who persuaded the people and having stoned Paul, drew him out of the city, supposing he'd been dead. Howbeit, as disciples stood around about him, he rose up and came into the city. The next day he departed with Barnabas to Derbe. I read two different descriptions of stoning. I watched this one video one time, and that's where they would tie your hands behind your back, they dug a hole, and they put the dirt up around you right here at your waist. It's just the top of your body sticking out. And the whole idea is if you were sentenced by the judge, then he had to throw the stone, first one. They say it's about the size of a tangerine. And then, but if there was a witness, and the witness testified against you, then the witness had to throw the first stone. That's part of the judgment, because you said he did it. Remember Jesus said, who has no sin, throw the first stone. They all dropped their stones and walked away. That's not in the Bible, this is what I read. And so then everybody else piled rocks on until you died. It could take a couple hours to kill you, 20 minutes to two hours it said. Then later on, this is interesting, you stood up above a bunch of rocks twice your height, so 12 feet, whatever it was, and they pushed you off into the stones. And if you didn't die, face first, if you didn't die, a guy got a big stone and dropped on your chest, and if that didn't kill you, then everybody else came in through stones on you. Stoning would not be a cool way to die. And I read also, what I'm telling you, I can't prove any of it, it's just what I read, you know, just what I read. If you were able, in Iran today, that's how they bury you and stone you. They put you down on the ground, and then you're up to here. A woman up here and a man up to here. If you can get out of that, you can live. If you can get yourself out of that and rise up, then you get to live. But you're buried down. I don't know how you'd do that, but I guess you could. But that ain't much of a rock, a tangerine. But that's smaller than a baseball. You know what a baseball is, don't you? Anyway. Don't know that, anyway. Stoning. It's probably 15, 20 crimes that were paid for by stoning. Paul went to the third heaven. When he got there, I saw and heard things I can't even speak about. It's not lawful for me. And you have people today that just dig us all the time back and forth, I guess. I don't know how that works. I don't believe they're telling the truth. I believe in their heart, they believe it. I think they're... Can you have a vision? You can have a vision of things. I don't mean it's real, it's just you have a vision of it. I mean, it's okay. Follow God. So what you gonna do? You want death to be your greatest day, your bestest day, or your worstest day? I want to do your bestest day. All you have to do is believe 1 Corinthians 15, 1 through 4, when Paul talks about my gospel that it was given to him by Jesus Christ. Remember, he spent three years in a desert. Jesus sent him apart for three years and taught him and revealed the mystery program to him for three years. Then he comes back and reveals it to us. And we thank you for that. Father, we thank you for your word. It's absolutely true. There are no mistakes and errors in it. And I pray what was spoken today will be received in the way it was meant. And Father, please touch any hearts here that need touching, healing, Father, we pray right now, we pray for Danny. Please, Lord, we ask you to heal. Please, Lord. In Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. Glory to God. Glory to God.
Two Paths of Death
The day we die will be either the best day of our lives or worst day of our lives. We will enter into either heaven or hell. It all depends on who pays for our sins. Either by our faith in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 and accepting Jesus' payment for our sins or we can pay for them ourselves for eternity in the Lake of Fire. There is only one way for the die you die to be the "BESTEST" day of your life. Ephesians 2:8-9 is part of the plan. There is no other way except through Jesus Christ. He told us such in John 14:6.
