Contrasting Catholic Dogma & the Bible, Part 1

The Bible and Catholic dogma agree that all religious activity is supernatural. There are two sources for supernatural religious activity. The one true and living God and the devil and his demons. Truth comes from God and error from the devil. The truth from God as revealed to man is contained in the canon of Scripture. Any doctrine in conflict with, or differing from, the Bible is in error being from the devil. The devil uses human instruments to promote and teach his errors as he counterfeits God’s use of human instruments to promote and teach His truth.

Distinctions between Catholicism and Biblical Christianity discussed in this, part one, include the fact of Catholicism being built on the magisterium and liturgy and the belief that the sacraments are necessary for salvation and a means of grace.
