From Depravity to Joy

Most people, even within God's Church, want to contend that people are born basically
good and decent. They view sin as being something that is "outside" of us. The
Reformed position, however, understands sin as being something that is "inside" of us.
Both God's Word and our Catechism teach us about the fallen and depraved condition
of our human heart when it is apart from Christ.
This evening we learn of:

1. The Scriptural view of man.

2. The Semi-Pelagian view of man.

3. The Reformed view of man.

4. The great "UNLESS" of our Catechism.
