Here we have a chart. The chart here basically is of the tribulation period. I'll bring it over here to you a little closer. The period of time that we're studying right now, in the 11th chapter of the book of Revelation, is right here, from this part. This is the tribulation period, this temporary peace, Jewish temple is rebuilt, the false messiah comes forth, He's a peacemaker of the world. He's going to tell the world that I will give you peace and then he's going to give them destruction. Satan will be literally embodied in him. This will be his son. Rosemary's baby, etc. as you might have seen in the past. The Antichrist moves into the temple. And here we have the trumpets and the bowls of wrath. We have the Battle of Armageddon. And don't confuse the Battle of Gog and Magog with the Battle of Armageddon. They're two different battles a thousand years apart. Because the other Battle of Gog and Magog takes place over here at the end of the Tribulation Period up there as you see. Now, The trumpet judgments of hail and fire falls mingled with blood, Revelation 8 and 7. One-third of the sea is destroyed, fish, ships, and crews. Many will die from the bitter poison waters. Sun is smitten, affected light and temperatures. Demonic creatures that torture unsaved people, 9, 1-11. Another one-third of the world's population is killed, 9, 13-18. More great earthquakes and great hail, 11, 13, and 19. Malignant sores plague all the unsaved. Revelation 16 chapter, sea becomes blood and all the sea creatures will die. 16 and 3, only blood to drink from rivers and springs. Men scorched with fire and great heat. Men gnawed their tongues due to pain and sores. Preparation for the battle of Armageddon. The greatest earthquake since the men on the earth. And boy, that's got to be a big one because when the earth was divided, that's a big earthquake. Cities throughout the world will be crumbled. Every island and mountain will disappear and be moved. Huge hailstones fall, about 100 pounds each. Now that's one of the things that we're going to be talking about. So let's start now. There was given to me a measuring rod like a staff. And rise and measure the temple of God and the altar and those who worship in it. And leave out the court which is outside the temple. Do not measure it. It has been given to the nations and they will tread down, tread underfoot the Holy City for 42 months. Then we have the two witnesses, God's witnesses. Like I said in the last class, now we're talking about Tribulation the Great now. Many people have ideas of who the two witnesses are, John and Elijah, Moses, Joshua, Ezekiel, Daniel, Elijah, and Enoch, whoever they are. I don't know who they are. But there are two witnesses. They'll be really, literally two people. Many people try to say that the two witnesses are Israel and the church. That's not what it's talking about. We're talking about two individuals, humans. We're not talking about national. These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord on the earth. If anyone desires to harm them, fire proceeds out of their mouth and devours their enemies. If anyone would desire to harm them in this manner, he must be killed. These have the power to shut up the sky in order that the rain may not fall during the days of their prophesying. And they have power over the waters to turn them into blood, and to smite the earth with every plague, as often as they desire. And when they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war with them, and overcome them, and kill them." Now, there is a beast. Like I've said so many times in the past, If you read the Islamic writings, the Hadiths, and the Quran, and the commentaries, it talks about a beast. The beast in the book of Revelation is evil and wicked. The beast in the Islamic writings is wonderful. Everybody wants to take the mark of the beast. He's going to mark the true followers of Islam. It is so weird uncanny. I have talked to several converted Muslims that came out of the Muslim world and they are absolutely convinced that because they know Islam and they know the teachings of Islam that they believe that the that the Antichrist is going to come out there the Antichrist will be their Mahdi. There is a beast and there is a false Jesus. He's Isa. It's going to come out of Arabia, and the beast will come out of Arabia. And their idea of the beast is really, really weird. He looks like a camel and giraffe and a lion and a tiger and a little bit of everything, with a long neck and big ears like an elephant and horns like a stag. And he's going to mark all the true followers of Islam. Now it's going to talk about here about this beast. And when they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war with them and overcome them and kill them. There's an unholy trinity here. An unholy trinity. God is going to allow his witnesses to be killed. And this is going to be televised all over the world. 2,000 years ago, when this was written, basically, 1900, nearly 2,000 years, you could not have seen, it could not have been telecast all over the world for this to be seen. But now, beheadings are televised all over the world, Islam, when they behead people, and they have beheaded the babies, you know, Palestine Last year in October the 7th And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city now it's talked about Which mystically is called Sodom and Egypt where also their Lord was crucified Now where was the Lord crucified? He was crucified just outside of the city of Jerusalem. I So this is this is talking about Jerusalem the Antichrist has allowed and made a covenant with Israel for seven years According to Islam the Mahdi will make a covenant with Israel for seven years But in the middle of that covenant It's called a hood not covenant is a temporary covenant until they can gain power and influence And then they turn on their enemies in the middle of it Now to us that sounds really wicked, but to them that's just strategy. Their dead bodies will lie in the street and the great city which is called Sodom and Egypt and also their Lord was crucified and those from the peoples and the tribes and the tongues and the nations will look at their dead bodies for three days. It is televised all over the world for three days and a half and will not permit their dead bodies to be laid in her tomb. And those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them and make merry, and they will send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who dwelled on the earth. These were God's men. They were God's prophets. And after three days and a half, the breath of life from God came unto them, and they stood on their feet. And great fear fell upon those who were looking and beholding them. The whole world is going to see this. It's going to be televised all over the world. And they heard a loud voice from heaven saying, come, come up here. And they went up into heaven in the cloud, and their enemies beheld them. And in that hour, there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell. One tenth of the city fell. 7,000 people were killed in the earthquake, and the rest were terrified and gave glory to God of heaven. It's going to be a great earthquake now. Back over here, I want you to understand something. When the languages were divided here, after the days of Noah, when the languages were divided, the earth was divided also. Pangaea, or Godwanna, was a single continent and water. And during this period of time, the continents divided. And when that happens, I'm going to tell you there's a lot of shaking going on. The cities that were built were shook down. Now, this is going to happen here again. The second woe is past. Behold, the third woe is coming quickly. And the seventh angel sounded, and there rose the loud voices in heaven, saying, the kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and his Christ, and he will reign forever and ever. And 24 elders who sat upon the thrones before God fell on their faces in worship. Now, in heaven, time is all one state. Time, there is no time like the day. So when we go up to heaven, we look ahead, we go over here at the very, beyond the Battle of Armageddon, and we see Christ has, in Revelation, the 19th chapter, that Christ has overcome, and he establishes kingdom, Ezekiel 36, 25-38. We're going to go back there. Later, seven angels sounded and there rose a loud voices in heaven, the kingdom of God, the kingdom of this world had become the kingdom of our Lord and his Christ and he will reign forever and ever. And the 24 elders who sat on their thrones fell down their faces and worshiped God. Now, who are the 24 elders? Some of them say the 24 hours of the 12 tribes of Israel and the 12 apostles. Whoever they are, whether it's all of humanity or whatever it is, saying, we give thanks, oh, Lord, God, the Almighty, Jehovah, El-Him, El-Shaddai. By the way, the Hebrew here, or the book of Revelation is written in Greek, but there's so much Hebrew, there are so many Hebrewisms in it that it just actually A lot of people won't accept it because they said it wasn't grammatically correct, but it is grammatically correct in Hebrew. Oh, Lord God, the Almighty, El Shaddai, Jehovah Elim El Shaddai, who art thou, who was, because you have taken your great power and have begun to reign. Looking ahead. Not there yet, but they're looking as if it has already happened. And the nations were enraged, and thy wrath came, and the time came for the dead to be judged, and the time to give the reward to your bondservants, and the prophets, and the saints, and those who fear thy name, small and great and destroyed, those who destroy the earth. Now, here we have a rhetoric in here. We have the resurrection here of all the dead in Christ, but over here we have the great white throne judgment. This is where the dead, the twice dead, are resurrected. That's where all the lost are resurrected. The temple of God, which is in heaven, was opened up, and the Ark of the Covenant appeared in his temple. And there were flashes of lightning and sounds and periods of thunder and a great earthquake and a great hailstorm. Revelation number 12 now If you go back in the book of Exodus You'll see this kind of thought that this kind of thing happening in Egypt It was a type of things to come previews the coming attractions what God did Pharaoh and a great sign appeared in heaven a woman the clothes with the Sun and the moon under her feet and on her head with a crown of 12 stars and and she went with the child and she cried out being in labor and to give pain and give birth now this is a parable of what happened already and another sign appeared in heaven and behold a great red dragon having seven heads and ten horns and on his head were seven diadems the great dragon of course is always satan and he's the one here that that empowered his child to reign. And his tail swept away a third of the stars of heaven and threw them to earth. Now this happened way back here in eternity past. The stars in heaven are the angels and the fallen spirits. The fallen angels and the fallen spirits. And the dragon stood before the woman. Now when Jesus Christ was going to be born, Satan tried to kill him. Because he used Herod to do this. Herod came after him. The woman was about to give birth, so that she gave birth that he might devour the child with Herod. And she gave birth to a son, a male child, who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron, and her child was caught up to God and to his throne. Yeah, that child was, when he was crucified on the cross of Calvary, he was caught up And a woman fled into the wilderness. Now, here we have a portrayal of what's going to happen to Zechariah 14, 4 and 5. A woman fled in the wilderness, and she had a place prepared by God for her, so that there she might be nourished for 1,260 days. Now, this here, many people think is Petra, where Israel will flee from the beginning of the middle of the tribulation period right here onward is tribulation of the great and he said in Matthew 23 and Matthew 24 that's what he's talking about there and they were not strong enough and there was no longer a place found for them in heaven and the great dragon was thrown down to the serpent of old who is called the devil and satan who deceives the whole world now that's a Hyperbole there he deceives all of his in the world his elect You know God has his elect and Satan has his elect in the world That's a hyperbole He was thrown down to earth and his angels were thrown down with him. This is what happened in eternity passed again Is he killed 28 and Isaiah 14 and I heard a loud voice in heaven saying Now the kingdom and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ has come. For the accuser of our brethren, he has been thrown down, who accuses them before our God and night, day and night, Job 1, 6-8. Satan does accuse us before God. And they overcame him because of the blood of the land, because of the word of the testimony, and they did not love their life even to death. For this reason, rejoice, O heaven, and you who dwell in them, woe to the earth and to the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time." So, Tatan is going to be turned loose on this earth for this period of time, for this three and a half years, and he's going to play havoc with the whole earth. People want Satan today. People want atheism today. God's going to give it to them. And when they get it, and they don't want it. When the dragon saw that he was thrown down to earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male child. Now here we're not talking about Mary. We're talking about Israel. Mary represented Israel, the seed of the woman. Jesus Christ was that seed of the woman There's a lot of symbolic language in here a lot of symbolism a lot of parable teaching and Two wings of the great eagle were given to the woman in order that she might fly Into the wilderness to her place where she be nourished for a time times and a half time from the presence of the serpent God is going to For the last period of time, for this three and a half years, Israel is going to be nourished by God wherever it is, whether it's in Petra or someplace out in the wilderness, God is going to prepare a place for her, and he is going to protect her. This is his elect. And the serpent poured water like a river out of his mouth after the woman. His great army comes after Israel, behind them, the army of the Antichrists. Many of the Islamic people say it's the Islamic army. And by the way, there are, what, 2 billion Islamic people in the world today? That 200 million people, that's not hard to gather up. After the woman, so they might cause her to be swept away by the flood. The flood there is people, the armies. And the earth helped the woman. And the earth opened up its mouth and drank up the river, which the dragon poured out of his mouth. And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went off to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus. Now Israel has become a real believer. Two-thirds of Israel will be destroyed. Five out of every six Gentiles will die. This is when all havoc is bringing on there. Satan is mad. We got a mad devil and an angry God here. And he stood on the sand of the seashore, and I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and on his horns were ten diadems, and on his head were blasphemous names. If you ask some of these converted Islamic scholars, they will tell you that these are all the nations as they stood. from all the time of the Persian Empire all the way down to the Babylonian Empire, all the way down to the Roman Empire, the Greek Empire, all of that, all the way down to the Ottoman Empire, and then the Ottoman Empire dissolved in the 1920s. But it's going to rise again. That's what they say. Blasphemous names. by the very confession of faith of Islam is blasphemy to God, the God of the Bible. And the beast which I saw was like a leopard. He's a stealthy creature, the leopard is. And his feet were like the feet of a bear. And his mouth like the mouth of a lion. And the dragon gave him His power, and His throne, and His authority. During this period of time, we know that the Antichrist will stand up in the temple of God in Jerusalem, in Matthew the 24th chapter, and they will flee. He said, don't go down to the house and get anything. Leave your coat. Leave everything behind. Aim. Go. Get out of here. I'm going to take care of you. What he said. These are instructions from Israel. during this tribulation of grace. They had to go through it. They wouldn't get in the boat. Noah's the type of the church age. They wouldn't get in the boat. So they're out there thrashing around in the waters of the evil of humanity. And I saw one of the heads that had been slain and had a fatal wound healed and the whole earth was amazed and followed after the beast. The Islamic people, scholars will tell you, The X ones, the converted Islamic scholars, will tell you that this is the revised Ottoman or Islamic empire. They're looking for it. They're looking for the Mahdi all the time. And they worship the dragon through the Mahdi, or through the false prophet, because he gave his authority to the beast. And they worship the beast, saying, who is like the beast? Who is able to wage war with him? And there was given him a mouth speaking arrogant words and blasphemies and authority to act for 42 months was given to him. 42 months, three and a half years. That's the last three and a half years of tribulation of the great. And he opened his mouth and blasphemes against the God of heaven. To blaspheme his name, his tabernacle, and that is, and those who dwell in heaven. And it's given to him to make war with the saints. and overcome them and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him. This is the revised empire of this Antichrist. All those who dwell on earth will worship him. Now this again is a hyperbole, an exaggeration because not all of one on the earth but all of his elect will worship him. Every one whose name is not written from the foundation of the world, and the book of life, and the Lamb has been slain. If anyone has an ear to hear, let him hear. It used to say during the church age, if anyone has an ear, let him hear, in the churches. But here, we're not in the church age anymore. If one is Destined for captivity to captivity he goes if anyone kills with a sword to the word he must be killed and Here is the persuasion of the faith of the Saints these Saints here are the ones that are believed in God They are on the outside in the troubled waters of like Noah's flood But God is even going to protect some of these and I saw another beast Coming up out of the earth and he had two horns like a lamb and he spoke like a dragon. This is the false messiah. And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence and he makes the earth and those who dwell in to worship the first beast whose fatal head was moved. The empire was restored. This empire was restored. And he performs great signs so that even he makes fire come down out of heaven and the earth in the presence of men. I've told you many times, Satan works miracles. He can work miracles. He can show great signs. He has that all the way from Egypt this way. And he deceives those who dwell on the earth because of the signs. which he has given them to form in the presence of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast that had the wound of the sword and has come to life. And it was given to him to give breath to the image of the beast. And the image of the beast might even speak and cause as many as do not worship the image of the beast to be killed." This is a mandated religion. of Catholicism in the past and then Islamic world learned it well. It causes all small and great, the rich and the poor, and the free man and the slaves to be given a mark on the right hand and on their forehead. If you ask these ex-Islamic scholars, that's the thing that the Hamas wears around their head and on their arms. these diadems that they wear. And he provides that no one should be able to buy or to sell except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name. There you go. Like I've said, I've studied after these Islamic scholars. I've listened to them. I wrote my doctor's thesis and In 1980, I've learned a lot since then. They tell us that it's not the revised Roman Empire, but the revised Ottoman Empire. And the beast, in Islamic culture, is a good guy. All of the Muslims want to take the mark of the beast. They want to hold the streamer on their foreheads that you see these guys saying Allah Akbar. Allah is greater when they die by pulling the pin on the grenade or pushing the button on a bomb or whatever. Here is wisdom that him who understands calculate the number of the beast for the number is the number of man and his number is 666. Now, on some old manufactured, it's 616. 666. Man, man, man. Man, man, man. What a horrible, horrible sight, isn't it? This type of inhumanity, this type of barbarism. But you see this terrible terrible thing going on in the world today. You see this in the constant wars in Islam. The Middle East is constantly at war. Either they're killing each other or they're after Israel. The only time they get together is when they go after Israel. They're otherwise are killing each other. In the 14th chapter, we're going to see the 144,000. God has gone to protect His people. This is really going to happen, people. If you're not saved today, if you don't know the Lord, the rapture could come any time. The unbelievers will be left behind, but I'm going to tell you something. Some of the unbelievers are going to be believers the next day. Some of the unsaved church members, when they go to church, they're going to go to church the next day and say, we're lost. We need to be saved. We need to be born again. We need to be sealed with the Spirit of God. And then they'll have to die during this period of time, many of them. Our Father, we send this message out for your honor and glory. Please use it. As it goes out, please give people understanding as they look at this. They see the horrible things that are coming upon the earth and they don't want to be part of it. Father, use the message wherever it goes in the world. Touch people's lives with it. Encourage one another and convict one another. Father, please forgive me where I fail you.
