Would you join me by your hands
in a word of prayer. Lord, we thank you so much, Lord. Thank
you for this day that you have made and we thank you that we
can come to this beautiful building that you have blessed us with
so mightily, Lord. We lift you up for such a blessing,
Lord. But more importantly, Lord, we
thank you so much for your giving us a pastor, pastors, Lord, that
preach your word. So would You bless the Word this
morning. Would You give us understanding.
And thank You again, Lord. We love You. We praise Your name.
In Jesus' name, Amen. Amen. And Amen. And good morning
and welcome. You can be seated. So glad you're
here today. Those of you online, we're so
glad as well that you're joining with us. This is the first of
our two services on Sunday mornings that we devote to Bible prophecy
with the weekly Bible prophecy updates. And then second service,
which will be live streamed at 11 15 a.m. Hawaii time for those
of you online. That's the sermon, which is a
verse by verse study through God's Word. And as you know,
we're currently in the Book of Revelation. And we're going to,
Lord willing, today complete chapter seven, and our text will
be verses nine through 17, in a teaching that I've titled Tribulation
Can Bring Salvation. And in it, we're going to look
at the who, what, and why it is that those trials and tribulations
of life can be that which brings about salvation for eternal life. So again, that'll be live streamed
11 15 a.m. If you're on YouTube or Facebook,
we'd encourage you to go directly to the website at JDFarag.org
because we do not live stream the entirety of the update for
censorship reasons. So with that, let's get to it. I chose the title of We're Just
a Keystroke Away because of the swift and escalating developments
of prophetic significance, especially within just the last couple three
weeks. Um, I hope you know this, that
I in no way wish to ever sound sensational or dramatic. I know I'm dramatic, but I'm
not trying to be that way. It's just, well, it is the custom
in my country. And so we're very dramatic people,
you know. Nor is what I want to share with
you today in the update in any way based on a hunch or just
mere speculation. Rather, it's based solely on
Bible prophecy specific to the nearness of the pre-tribulation
rapture of the church. There he goes again. Yes, there
I go again. Oh yeah, that's good for first
service. The nearness of the pre-tribulation
rapture is also a sign of the nearness of the subsequent commencement
of the seven year tribulation. I think that might have been
the title for the update a couple of weeks ago, that the seven
year tribulation is just about to start. But we know that the
rapture has to happen before. So how much closer is the rapture?
Well, I know I'm keenly aware that
it seems like we've been just a key stroke away for years now. However, It seems we in some way have
already and are even now crossing the Rubicon, if you will. And by crossing the Rubicon,
I mean, it's like we've passed the point of no return in the
sense that now there is no looking back. Nor is there any going
back. Over the years, students and
teachers of Bible prophecy have acknowledged that things are
really heating up and they have been heating up. Or as we've
talked about in prior updates, I prefer revving up because that's
what Jesus said. as the word he used in the original
language of the Greek more than once in the Book of Revelation,
by the way, we've talked about them. But what we're seeing today,
not only is it head spinning and the likes of which we've
never seen before, it's unprecedented and simultaneous in its nature. Stay with me. One need look no further than
to Israel today. Israel, as you know, is affectionately
referred to as God's prophetic clock, and for good reason. If
you want to know what time it is in Bible prophecy, you need
look no further than to Israel. Israel is the hour hand. Jerusalem,
the minute hand, the Temple Mount, the second hand. Again, I know that it has seemingly
been this way for many years now. But not only is something
different this time, I think we're missing something
of paramount importance because it is so different this time. May I just humbly ask that you
hear me out and let me explain. First, what's different now is
there's this blurring, even erasing of the lines distinguishing,
delineating between the nation's governments who rule over the
people and the daily lives of the people. And this is one of
the pitfalls and dangers inherent within Bible prophecy, because
What it does is it lends itself to this disconnect of sorts when
it comes to people's life and their eternal life. Again, just
hang in there with me. In other words, we can find ourselves,
and I include myself in this, easily being caught up, pun intended,
in the knowledge of Bible prophecy, at the expense of the lost coming
to salvation in Jesus through Bible prophecy. You'll forgive me for what may
come off as a play on words when I say this, but I say this nonetheless.
What gets lost are the lost. What gets lost in all of this
are the lost. You're very gracious to me, and
I kind of need you to really be gracious to me right now when
I say this. Okay. You've got all these prophecy
experts now, and they pontificate Meanwhile, the average person
is in the grind of everyday life, trying to eke out a living just
to survive. You see where I'm going with
this? Let's take the recent news concerning
the numerous and voluminous strikes against Israel, and even more
recently, the pager explosions. You heard about this striking
and killing Hezbollah members. Let's just take this as an example,
if you don't mind. While this is foretold of in
Bible prophecy, unless one lives in Israel or close in proximity
to Israel in the Middle East, It can be eclipsed by the craziness
and busyness of people's lives in other parts of the world.
I heard this many years ago. It kind of stuck with me. Everybody
is tuned into the radio station WIFM. Now you're looking at me
going, wait, I didn't even know that was a radio station here
on the islands. It's not. What's WIFM? I'm so glad you asked. It stands
for what's in it for me. Come on, let's be honest with
ourselves, right? What does what happens over there
have to do with me? Now, conversely, for both Jews
and Arabs, my people in the Middle East, this is life altering.
and even life threatening, as these prophesied wars. And as Jesus said, we'll talk
about threats of wars rage on, seemingly without end, as they
have for many years, by the way, just back and forth, back and
forth. Well, we shouldn't be surprised
because that's exactly what Jesus said in Matthew 24. There would always be rumors
of wars, threats of wars. Iran is threatening. Hezbollah
threatens retaliation. Hamas threatens. What do these guys do, read Matthew
24? I use prophesied wars for what
I think would be deemed obvious reasons because we're told in
Bible prophecy that this is exactly what it will be like at the time
of the end. Again, we shouldn't be surprised,
but we have a problem. What's the problem? Yes, it's
Bible prophecy, but it's taxing a very heavy toll on people.
And it's evidenced by this Times of Israel article about how Israel
is in the worst ever mental health crisis amid these ongoing wars. Here's the point that I'm trying
to get across. The latest breaking news, though
of prophetic significance for sure, it ends up becoming the chief
focus. It's like knowing Bible prophecy
for the sake of knowing Bible prophecy. And again, meanwhile, the human
factor of real people suffering in real ways takes a back seat. And that presupposes they're
even allowed in the same car. to take that metaphor further
than I should have. Do you understand what I'm trying
to get across here? We could talk Bible prophecy
all day long. You know I can and do. Sometimes it seems like, especially
lately. But at the end of the day, what
really matters are people's lives and eternal lives. Can I just
say it? Of course I can. Eternal lives
matter. How about that? I can see the T shirts and the
stickers and the hats already. That's all. Actually, let me
take a step further. That's all that matters. Am I
right? I mean, we can get into all the
intricacies and the nuances and the details and the specifics
and the deep things of Bible prophecy. I did that pretty good,
didn't I? But if you walk out of here going,
wow, That's pretty amazing about Bible prophecy. Then I've not been faithful to
that which God has called me to. May I echo the words of the
Apostle Paul, Woe unto me if I don't preach Christ and Him
crucified. I mentioned this because it speaks
to the matter at hand concerning the building of what I'll call
a prophecy bridge between the information and the application
of that information. As one so aptly said, knowledge
is just information, but wisdom is the application of that information. In other words, I can just stand
up here and provide you with information, all day long, through dinner, into the evening, and wee hours
of the morning, if you want. I'll stop there. But that's all
it is, information. Now, what am I going to do with
that? W-I-F-M. Let me revise it. What does that mean to me? How
does that apply to me? How does what's happening into
and against Israel apply to us today? So now we have a question before
us, and it's how do we build this bridge? by framing what's happening in
Israel as meaning, listen, we're just a keystroke away from the
prophesied end of the world. You've just changed the whole
complexion of the conversation, believer or not, by the way.
For the believer, it's like, yeah, I know, right. How exciting. And to the non-believer, they
think we're weird. Because we hear about things
like this, and because we know what the Bible says about things
like this, it gets us very excited. Why? Because we know we're going
home, because this world is not our home. So there's the bridge. That's the application of the
information, how it applies to us today. seeing what's happening in Israel
can seem inconsequential unless and until one understands its
implication and application to us personally. Let me by way of an illustration
explain. If I only talk with someone about
what's happening in Israel, the conversation is likely to become
about politics and religion. And if I'm not mistaken, those
are the two things we're told we're never to talk about, especially
over the dinner table. Like families actually have dinner
together these days. Because see, all you're doing
is you're just talking about information. and you're leaving
it open ended to the point where the enemy can come in, and always
does, and he'll steer the conversation away from the main thing, and you get off message. However,
let's flip it around. If instead I ask someone, not
tell someone, Do you realize that Bible prophecy
says that what's happening in Israel means we're just a keystroke
away from the end of the world? Well, now you've got their attention. Now you've just introduced the
application. Now you've just tuned them into
our new radio station, WIFM. Because now, well, now that impacts
me. Did you just say that the Bible
has something to say about what we see happening in Israel, and
more specifically, that the Bible says that what's happening in
Israel is a sign that it's the end of the world? You see what I've done? I brought it close to home. And now it impacts our lives
here and now, and more importantly, our eternal lives in heaven. Can I, I just need to ask you for one
more, one more time to just hear me
out and be gracious to me on this, because I want to just
share my heart with you on something that as of late has been very
heavy on my heart. That's almost another statement. What I'm speaking of is that
it seems Bible prophecy has lost its impact. I've been at this
for a while, and I've never seen it like this
before. I mean, there's so much confusion,
division, especially division. But what I'm really seeing that
I have to confess has taking me back a little bit is that
it seems within the Bible prophecy community, if I can call it that,
that there's now this competition. Wait, what do you mean? Well, by competition,
I mean, in some ways it seems like it's almost become more
of a race to see who's the first to know and in the know. And then they post a YouTube video. Why? Well, we know why. It's for clicks and likes. You know, for those of you that
have ever watched our videos online, those of you online,
you've never and you will never hear me ever say, click that
like button. Why? Because if you don't like it, I'm okay with it. It's not, do you like me? It's, do you know Jesus? Be sure to follow and subscribe.
No, it doesn't matter if you follow me, What matters is if you follow
Jesus. Okay, why do I go into all of this this much? Because it's why I chose the
title. I chose the title because it
prompts people to consider or even if need be reconsider what
We're just a keystroke away from. See, when you say we're just
a keystroke away, well, you've kind of left it open ended. I
think they call them conversation starters. Hmm. Wait, what do
you mean we're just a keystroke away? A keystroke away from what?
Oh, just the end of the world. What? Oh yeah, you didn't know? How do you know? And how are
you so sure? Well, because I read my Bible,
and you know, I read the last chapter. You do that, right? Sometimes you get a book, you
want to know how it ends. Listen, when you know how it
ends, you read how it ends first, and then you go back and you
read through. It makes it easier to get through because you know
how it ends. I won't ever use that illustration
or example again. No, now I've got your attention,
haven't I? See, salt creates thirst. And
are we not the salt and the light? So now I've created a curiosity. I've piqued your interest and
now you want to know more because you want me to now explain why
it is and connect the dots between what is happening over there
has to do with us all the way over here in the middle of the
Pacific Ocean. So now you got him. And now that you've got him,
you can point him to what really matters. What really matters
is salvation found in the person of Jesus Christ, who is at the
door to take us to that place that He prepared for us. in his father's house. Please know that I'm just as
guilty as the next in droning on and on about Bible prophecy,
all the while missing the purpose of Bible prophecy. Did you get
that? I mean, what is the purpose of
Bible prophecy? Well, let's go to Jesus. for
the answer. John 13 verse 19. Here's the purpose. I'm telling
you now before it happens, so that when it does happen, you
will believe that I am the great I am. He says the same thing
again in a different way. By the way, I blew it. I'm going
to, what excuse should I use this time? Sleep deprivation.
This is John 14, 29. Disregard this slide. I don't
know what stupid idiot put John 13, 19 on there. It would be
me. John 14, 29. He says the same
thing, kind of in a different way. I have told you now before
it happens, so that when it does happen, you will believe. One more, Luke 21-28. Now, when
the, by the way, this is Jesus speaking. When these things begin
to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption
draws near. Simply put, the purpose of Bible
prophecy is for the lost to believe and for the saved who do believe
to look up, knowing that our redemption draws ever so near. You know, Revelation 19, 9 and
10 says that the testimony of Jesus
is the spirit of prophecy. What does that mean? It means
that all prophecy in Scripture, inspired by the Holy Spirit,
points to the person of Jesus Christ as the spirit of prophecy. Now let's answer our question.
What's the purpose of prophecy? It's so that non believers will
believe and the believers will be encouraged and look up knowing.
We're going home, baby. That's a very loose paraphrase,
but you get the point. That's the purpose. Otherwise, what's the point of Bible prophecy? You know, it can be a source
of pride. I speak as one who has experience in this particular
area only because I have a Ph.D. in pride, I'll have you know. But I'm very humble about my
pride. But I'm also very proud of my humility. which makes me
proud. How can the knowledge, just the
information and being in the know as it relates to Bible prophecy,
how could that be a source of pride? Because it makes you sound
like you're the expert. Oh, please. I know I've asked
you this before. I I shriek in horror when I'm
referred to as a prophecy expert. I'm just like you. I'm your brother
in Christ. I'm a Christian brother before
I'm a pastor. I shy away from and am very uncomfortable
in the spotlight. And by the way, it's very common,
especially when it comes to Bible prophecy, to put the so called
prophecy experts on a pedestal. I wonder what so and so, the
Bible prophecy expert has to say about the recent developments.
Really? Well, why don't you open up your
Bible and see what Jesus said about the recent developments. It's a source of pride. And is
it not true, as the Scripture says, knowledge puffs up. So I think we have to be careful.
Okay, I know it's a chart. Just let me have my charts, please. Speaking of revelation, I want
to point out I mean, this is, this is so cool. It is a powerful
prophetic parallel comparing Matthew to Revelation. And as the Lord would have it,
we just completed Chapter six, and today, Lord willing, we'll
complete Chapter seven, which are all about the sealed judgments. But I want you to notice the
connection, the parallel between what Jesus said in Matthew 24
in answering the disciples question about the end of the age, His
soon return, and the end of the world. So it actually just gave
me another excuse to put together another chart. So I did. But
notice the eerily similar prophetic parallels that are already being
seen today. Remember, this is not something
far off. No, this is happening now. And people are living this. This touches the lives of everyday
people. So What follows are these parallels
between what Jesus prophesied would happen at the time of the
end, as recorded in Matthew, and the sealed judgments as recorded
in Revelation. But first, Can I just real quick
read Matthew 24, beginning in verse 4 on through verse 8, and
then we'll connect the dots to Revelation 6 using the chart. Matthew 24, again, Jesus speaking, answering their question. Watch
out that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name
claiming, I am the Messiah. and will deceive many. You will
hear of wars and rumors of wars, threats of wars, but see to it
that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but
the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation
and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines, pestilences,
plagues, slash pandemics, so-called, and earthquakes in diverse places,
as some of your translations render it, various places. This
carries with it the idea of there's going to be these massive earthquakes
in places that would not normally have massive earthquakes. They're
going to take place in different places, a variety of places,
diverse places. But verse eight is what I mean, puts it all together, because
he says all these are the beginning of birth pains. The Apostle Paul
would go on to echo the Savior using this analogy And for good
reason, because what do we know to be true about birth pains?
They come in greater frequency and intensity. In other words,
Jesus is likening everything on this list, starting with deception
at the top of the list, that there will be this dynamic of
increasing intensity and frequency in deception, wars, famines, pestilences, earthquakes. You could take one of these stand
alone and document it. And it has been documented. And
we owe a great debt of gratitude to those who have documented
it. That exactly as Jesus said here,
it is happening off the charts, just earthquakes alone. off the
charts. You look at those graphs. I won't
show you any more charts. I will second service. I think
I don't have any more. No, I'll put the other one back
up. But, but if you look at the charts, you know, not lists,
this is more like a list. But you look at the charts and
you know, there was like an earthquake in, you know, 1723. And then
there was one in 1842. And then and then 2024. Wow. Again, can I just rewind for
just one moment? If you tell somebody, yeah, have
you noticed there's an increase in earthquakes lately? Yeah,
I have. Bye. That's the end of the conversation.
Now, if you say, did you know that Jesus said that there would
be the increase of earthquakes. And when earthquakes started
increasing in frequency and intensity, it would be a sign that we're
one stroke away from His return and the end of the world. Again, you've just built that
bridge between the information of Bible prophecy and the application
of Bible prophecy. Well, it's with this preface
and reading of the Savior's prophecy that I think we're ready to go
through these, starting with what I would argue
is the number one sign of the end. I don't think it's a coincidence
that the very first thing that Jesus says will be a sign of
the end is deception. And would you agree that right
now deception and the powerful delusion is alive and well in
the world today? I've quoted this CIA director
from back in the 80s who said we will have completed our misinformation
program when Americans believe everything is false. Deception. So in Matthew 24, Jesus says
that there will be deception, these false Christs, and they
will deceive many. Well, that's the first horse,
the first seal. In Revelation 6, the white horse,
it's the false Christ, the Antichrist, who rides a white horse, not
to be confused with the White House. Let me have that one. And interesting the detail when
this first seal is opened, the rider of the white horse, the
Antichrist, he will deceive many. Matthew 24, Revelation 6, boom. Second one, war. Matthew 24,
there will be wars and threats of wars. Revelation six, the
second horse, the second seal is the red horse. What's the
red horse do? Takes away peace from the earth. What happens when you take away
peace? War, threats of wars. The third one, famine. Matthew
24, Jesus simply says there will be famines. Fast forward to Revelation
six, the third horse. This is the black horse, of course,
the black horse of death with scales representing the buying
and selling. That's how they would measure
the weight to see the price, you know what the price is. But The prices are so high that
it takes an entire day's wages just to buy the ingredients to
make the bread. That's not even ready-made bread. There's no drive-through burgers
here. And it takes, think about that. What you make in one day, that's
how much it's going to cost just to buy the ingredients to make
bread. Famine. Then death. Well, of course,
that's what ensues from plagues and pestilences. And by the way, it actually all
stems from the wars. Wars create the famine that creates
the death, that creates the plagues, that creates the pestilences
and so on and so forth. Matthew 24, Jesus on the heels
of siding famines, then says that there will be pestilences
and plagues. Again, carrying with it the idea
of what we call in our day pandemics, as we know them, plagues. Go to Revelation six, the fourth
horse. This is of all the four horsemen
of the apocalypse, as they're called, This is the one I don't,
I don't want to be anywhere near. It's even hard just teaching
about it. It's the pale horse. It's like
a pale green. And in the original language
of the Greek New Testament, the word for pale is chloros, from
where we get our English word for the chemical chlorine. What are you saying, Pastor?
Chemical bioweapons, chemical warfare? No. The Bible says that. And the rider of this pale, chlorous,
ugly green horse, what's his name? And check this
out. He's got somebody following behind
him. What's his name? Hades. And key detail, they're given
power. They don't have it. They don't
even take it. It's given to them over one fourth
of the Earth's population to kill them. And we're even told
how they die. Let's, we've got, we've got more
seals to go. How you doing? You okay? Number
five, are you ready? Well, martyrs. This is, you see the progression
here? Matthew 24, Jesus goes on to
say, speaking of the seven year tribulation, that there's going
to be persecution, chiefly of the Jews who will flee to Petra
in modern day Jordan for the last 3.5 years. But there's going
to be many martyrs during this time. Well, that's the fifth
seal. When it's opened, we're told
that countless are persecuted and martyred. And again, this
is during the seven year tribulation. And these are those, and we're
going to see the second service. These are those who we affectionately
referred to as the tribulation saints, not the church. How do
we know that? Because in chapters one through
three of Revelation, the word church is mentioned 19 times.
In chapter four, verse one, which all the way through to the end
of the book, is all yet future, and the word church is not found
one time. Actually, it's found at the very end, as I mentioned,
but Ecclesia in the Greek. This is not Ecclesia during the
seven year tribulation. You won't find the word church
in the seven year tribulation, because chapters six through
19 in Revelation are all about the seven year tribulation, and
the church is not mentioned one time in those chapters. Why is
the church not mentioned in those chapters dealing with the tribulation?
Because the church is not in the tribulation. Where's the
church? In heaven. Earthquakes. We talked a little
bit about this. Again, massive earthquakes in diverse places,
various places. Matthew 24. Interesting. Revelation six. When we were
going through this, the sixth seal is open. And you remember
this? a great earthquake, so great
is this earthquake that the stars of heaven fall to the earth like
figs falling from a tree with a mighty wind. Okay, right there,
I'm freaked out, I'm out. We haven't even got started,
because now after the start, let that sink in. This is not,
Figurative, metaphor, it's all symbolic. No. This is going to happen. This is literal. Unless it's clearly a metaphor
or figurative in its context, you always take the Bible literally. Don't spiritualize it. Don't
Anagolize it. Is anagolize a word we're going
to say it is for today. So now I'm freaking out over
the stars falling out of the sky like figs dropping to the
ground. And if that weren't bad enough,
the sky, the sky itself starts receding, rolling like a scroll. We're not done yet. especially
if you live in Hawaii. Because we're then told after
all that, every mountain and island is removed from its place. I wish it didn't say the word
every. I wish it would have said like most. You know, so the So anyway, have a nice afternoon.
The Hawaiian Islands are all the islands, all the mountains
removed from its place. Now that's an earthquake. Well, this is where it gets better.
Evangelism. By the way, this is the impetus
for my title for Second Service, that tribulation can bring salvation. You know how many people have
come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ because of Bible
prophecy? You know how many people have come to a saving knowledge
of Jesus Christ because of hardships and trials and tribulations in
their lives? Again, let's be honest with ourselves,
right? When things are going well, you're not thinking about
eternity. That's why Solomon writes in
Ecclesiastes 7, I use it at memorial services, It is better to go,
it sounds at first read to be so morbid and dark, because Solomon
writes that it's better to go to a memorial service than it
is to go to a wedding. Like you sick man, what are you
talking about? I would much rather go to a wedding
and party. No, no, no, no, no. It's better
if you go to the memorial service. You want to know why? Yeah, why?
Because it's at the memorial service that you take seriously
your mortality. and the reality of eternity. At a wedding, I mean, you're
living it up and you're not thinking about eternity. You go to a memorial
service. What do you think about? That
could be me. Exactly. Was that, that was morbid
just explaining it like that, wasn't it? That's the whole point. So What's the result? What's the end game from all
that is going to happen? Well, there's going to be multitudes
that are going to come to a saving knowledge of the true Christ,
the true Messiah. It's been said that the greatest
revival in human history will take place during the seven year
tribulation. Those of you and who among us does not want there
to be a revival, But during the seven year tribulation, the gospel
is going to be preached to the uttermost parts of the earth.
And we're told in Revelation six that when the seventh seal
is opened, actually this is Revelation eight, because of the parenthetical
chapter in seven. When the seventh seal is opened,
sealing the 144,000 evangelists, it is going to bring a countless multitude to Christ. And again, we'll see that second
service. But that's the purpose, isn't
it? Why does God allow trials and
tribulation and pain and suffering? Because it has a way of getting
our attention and bringing us to Him in ways that we would
not otherwise had it not been for that. What's the purpose
of Bible prophecy? To bring people to Christ. That's
where the goalposts are. That's the purpose. If you don't mind, I want to
take the remainder of our time. I won't take long. Famous last
words. But I want to expound on this
fourth sealed judgment of plagues and pestilences. But In order
to do that, we're going to end the live stream on Facebook and
YouTube at this time. Perhaps it goes without saying,
but one of the main indicators that we're a key stroke away
is what we know today as some refer to it as the plandemic
or if you prefer plagues and pestilences. And what's ensued
is also prophesied in the Book of Revelation, which is that
of what we know today as these so called vaccines. Did you know
that that's actually in the Bible? That's Bible prophecy? See, I'm
practicing on you. See, you see what I did, right?
Did you know that vaccines are a sign that we're a keystroke
away from the end of the world? You ready to back it up? You
better believe it. But first, I want to share with
you some recent headlines, which I'm basing this very bold claim
that we are truly in every sense of the metaphor that I chose
just a keystroke away. This is evidence irrefutable
as far as I'm concerned. that were just a keystroke away
from the sound of that trumpet and the pre-tribulation rapture
of the church. I'll go through them quick, just
the headlines. You ready? FDA approves vaccine for monkeypox,
warns, get this, it may cause death in vaccinated and people
they come in contact with. FDA authorizes keyword new, new
approved COVID-19 vaccine without clinical data. Vaccine fatigue blamed as roughly,
this is interesting, half of the people in the U.S. will skip
COVID and flu shots this year. Next one. As measles cases increase,
experts warn against vaccine skepticism. This one's hard. I don't even
want to look at the picture. A joyful scene. More than 550,000,
that's a half a million Gazan children have received the polio. Are
you keeping up with this? The polio vaccine. How about
this one? Anthrax. Did you forget? I thought we said never forget. You forgot. Anthrax outbreak in Wyoming claims
the lives of 50 to 60 heads of cattle and a moose. I mean, these are real. I'm not pulling these out of
thin air. Like I have the time to do that
or whatever, do that anyway. Next one, Maine considering public
health emergency over mosquito borne illnesses as animal cases
tick up. Next one, first case of bird
flu. without known animal contact
detected in Missouri, according to the CDC. That's it. Did you? I handpicked these particular
headlines because they provide us with a grocery list, as it
were, of all kinds of vaccines and plagues and pestilences,
plural, just as Bible prophecy foretells. Did you, can I just
real quick read you the list from the headlines that I just
shared? And please, as I do, know that there are many more. But we started off with Monkey
Fox, a new COVID-19 vaccine the flu vaccine, measles vaccine,
anthrax, who knew, polio, mosquito borne illnesses, and the bird
flu. No wonder people don't want to
leave their house. No wonder they're lined up to
get the vaccine. The only thing that's being spread
here It's not a virus, but fear. Okay, for those asking the question
of how this puts us just one keystroke away, I want to share
just a couple more headlines, only the headlines, and I do
so with the hope that whether you live in the Middle East or
Africa, China, Europe, Asia, or here in North America, you'll
see that this is worldwide exactly as the prophecy in the second
part of Revelation 18 23 tells us. What is the second part of
Revelation 18 23 tell us? It tells us that vaccines are
in Bible prophecy. How so? When Babylon falls, were
told for by your sorcery, that's pharmakia in the Greek, from
where we get pharmaceutical or pharmacy or pharma. By your pharmaceuticals,
all the nations on earth were deceived. Deception. Pharmaceutical deception. It's found again in Revelation
9 21. where we're told that they did not repent of their murders
or their, here it is again, sorceries, pharmakeia, or their sexual immorality,
or their thefts. Again, just bear with me. I'm
almost done. I appreciate your patience. But the common denominator
between both of these prophecies is that every nation on earth
will be in lockstep exactly as we saw in the year 2020. specific to this so-called pandemic
dubbed COVID-19? Well, it seems that it's deja
vu all over again, to quote Yogi Berra, with what's on the horizon. Here's
the additional headlines, real quick. You ready? Brace yourself. Travelers will
need permission and a fee to visit United Kingdom as part
of new digitized system. COVID lockdowns changed teenagers
brains, study reveals. Government vaccine scientists
blows whistle. COVID shots were planned for
20 years. I've always said it, I'll say
it again. The vaccine was made for, COVID was made for the vaccine.
The vaccine was not made for COVID. And actually, by the way,
I have documents going back further than 20 years. World Economic
Forum finally tells the truth about COVID. It was a test of
our obedience to rapidly forming new world order. I've actually
heard Klaus Schwab Quote, this is a quote from Klaus Schwab.
It was a dress rehearsal. You know what a dress rehearsal
is? That was a couple of weeks ago,
I think the title of the update. Now that the trial run is done. By the way, starting today, September
22nd, going through tomorrow, September 23rd, is the UN Summit
of the Future. Now, what's the big deal? Well,
in this summit, they are potentially going to ratify a, quote, pandemic
treaty. What's that? Well, it essentially
gives them complete control over any crisis. And this on the heels
of the World Health Organization's recent declaration of a monkeypox
pandemic threat. I don't have time. If ratified, they'll have sovereignty
over every nation on earth, just like Revelation 18.23. Further, this would empower them
to arbitrarily, unilaterally, and certainly prophetically mandate
everything and anything. Everything from vaccinations,
social distancing, lockdowns, travel restrictions, food rationings,
and everything in between. It's just, well, they will also be empowered to
employ strict and draconian penalties to punish. They'll suspend your
account. Once it goes cashless to CBDC's, you'll be penalized if you don't
comply. Here's the bottom line. Everything
I've shared with you today points to what Jesus had to say about
our day. What did Jesus have to say about
our day? This is it. This is what the
end is going to look like. And Jesus gave us the details,
the prophecies, and everything is lined up. And it's exactly
as Bible prophecy tells us it would be at the time of the end.
That's why I am so adamant and dogmatic when I say, I don't
say it for any other reason other than the fact that I truly believe
it with all my heart, based on the preponderance of evidence
prophetically, that we are at the end now. I mean, Jesus said, when you start seeing,
I'm going to tell you what's going to happen before it happens.
So when it starts to happen, non believers will believe and
believers will look up. No other religious writing can
make that claim. So Jesus says, I'm going to tell
you in some cases, 2-3,000 years in advance of what's going to
happen. So, and I'm telling you now,
so that before it happens, so when it begins to happen, you're
going to go, oh, that just came out of nowhere. Oh, Jesus said
something about that. I know, because He wants us to
know. And not just so that non believers
will believe, but so that believers will be encouraged. I would venture
to say there's not a person here today or watching online that
doesn't need to be encouraged. And this is encouraging for believers,
because what it means is we're almost out of this world in which
we've long ago overstayed our welcome, being in it, but not
of it. This is not our home. And I don't know if you've noticed
this, but it's getting increasingly hostile to be a Christian in
this world, not our home today. Have you noticed? Well, I'll close. Again, I appreciate your patience.
You've probably noticed in recent weeks that there is such a sense of urgency right now.
And it's due in large measure to the belief that I have that
we are closer to the pre-tribulation rapture than any of us could
possibly imagine. So I just have this burning fire
in my heart to get Jesus to people, and people to Jesus as many as
we can, and as fast as we can. You know what the Proverbs says?
It is the wise person who wins souls. That's what it's all about. That's the purpose of these prophecy
updates. That's why we do them. That's why we end with the Gospel.
Because that's the end zone. Can I borrow that football metaphor? That's the end zone. Let's get into the end zone.
That's the whole purpose of it. We started at the one yard line
on their side of the field, and we're almost in the end zone. What's the end zone? Salvation
and eternal life. And that's the gospel, the good
news of salvation in Jesus Christ. Kindly allow me to just go through
the ABCs of salvation, because this is just a simple childlike
tool. It's not a formula. Please don't
use it as a formula or see it like that. But when somebody
comes to Christ, there has to be this acknowledging, admitting
that they need the Savior. Now, how are they going to do
that unless they also acknowledge that they've sinned, that they're
a sinner? Romans 3 10 says there is no
one righteous, not even one. The common answer you get from
people is, well, I'm a good person. Well, you might be a good person,
but you'll never be good enough. And here's why. Because Romans
3 23 says all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God.
In other words, we were all born sinners, which is why we must
be born again to enter the kingdom of heaven, spiritually born again,
John 3. And then Romans 6 23, it's probably
my favorite of all the Romans verses, because it starts off
with the bad news first before the good news. And the bad of
the bad news is the good of the good news will be. What's the
bad news? Oh, you've been sentenced to
death. That's kind of bad news. Yes, it is. For the wages of
sin is death. You ready for the good news?
I am so ready for the good news. The good news is the gift of
God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. How does that
work? What does that look like? Well,
you've been sentenced to death. You've been found guilty, and
you're about to be carried out of the courtroom of eternity.
to have the sentence carried out, you're going to be put to
death. And the judge of the universe is interrupted by a man walking
into his courtroom. No ordinary man. This is the
God man, fully God, fully man, Jesus, the Christ, who says to
the judge of the universe, stop. I'll go to His death in His place. I'll go to her death in her place. And then the judge of the universe
looks at you. And again, because he's a local
judge, I'm just being respectful to the local judges here on the
islands. He says, oh, good news. You're free to go. Your debt
has been paid. Whom the Son has set free is
free indeed. And it's a gift. Who paid for
it? He did. How much did it cost? Everything. We are not our own,
but purchased with a price. So He purchased for us the gift. And that's what it is, a gift.
If you pay for it, it's not a gift, it's a purchase. He purchased
it. It's a gift. Well, that brings us to the B,
and that's for believe. And it's so central because once
you acknowledge your need for the Savior, now you're putting
your trust in the Savior and believe in your heart that Jesus
Christ is Lord. This is Romans 10 9. It says
if you believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the
dead, you will be saved. and then out of the abundance
of the heart, the mouth speaks. So what comes next? Well, if
I've got Jesus in my heart, what's going to come out of my mouth?
Jesus. I'm going to confess with my mouth or call upon the name
of the Lord. Romans 10, 9 also says if you
confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart
that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Hang on to that word will, because
that is going to come up one more time here in Romans 10,
13. And I'm so glad, and you should be too, that it says will
and not might. All who call upon the name of
the Lord will be saved. That is how childlike simple
It is to be safe. And again, aren't you glad? It's
not complicated. Like you have to, you know, agree
to terms of service or know, you know, a certain algorithm
or some quantum physics thing. I'm toast. Just there's no way
I could get saved. No, it's so simple. For God's who love the world.
that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever would believe,
put their trust in Him, would not perish, but have everlasting
life. Well, again, I appreciate your patience. Today's God Testimony
is a little on the heartbreaking side. It comes from Becky Robert,
who writes, Hi, JD, I just finished listening to you read the letter
from the woman whose husband changed so much before passing
after getting the vaccine that she couldn't even comfort him
at the end. The last four years of my life
have been turned upside down. My sister, 70 years old, overweight
and with COPD, caught the C in 2020 and did not survive. And
this is before the jabs. This caused our family to have
different levels of fear. My husband of 36 years had one
jab and one booster. He had a reaction to one. Following
this, he became so angry about everything. In my face, yelling
at me. I'm not comfortable sharing all
the details. It was getting so bad, I became
truly afraid of him. For my safety, I left. And sadly,
we are now divorced. And by the way, this story plays
out 1000 times a day all over the world. Sadly, because I very,
very much loved the man I married, who wasn't the same man I loved.
My daughter and her family also took all the shots and boosters,
all of them. My brother and his wife too.
I didn't take any. I was yelled at and chastised
for not getting it, even banned from my daughter's home. Every
time I felt I was succumbing to the pressure, I would pray
for something to tell them that would be definitive proof for
them. But God came through like always,
researching the ingredients in the jab. And my medication, I
learned there was a high number of reactions of myocarditis,
which killed my grandfather. and pericarditis, which my mom
had. I was able to use this to tell
them there is too high a risk. They still chewed me out, but
even by that time, when the word was getting out that people were
having issues, et cetera, while they stopped pressuring me, they
still continued to get jabs. The biggest personality change
was my daughter. Not only was I banned from her
home, she is no longer speaking to me. I have not been able to
speak to her or spend time with my grandkids for two years. I
used to watch them and transport them when help was needed. I
would see them at least once a week with sleepovers at least
once a month. The amount of stress I feel and
see in others every day has increased 2000% because of this evil plot. I pray for my family every day,
multiple times a day. I know I can't make up their
mind for them or force them to reach back out to Jesus. As for
my grandkids, I had a memory stick of Sunday school songs
that we played and sang to every time we were in the car, which
was a lot. I hold on to the hope that a
seed was planted with those songs. Oh, and my ex-husband shared
with me not too long ago that he wishes he would have never
gotten the vaccine. I wish he wouldn't have to. so
much anger and hurtfulness. There is still good because God
is still good. Evil is rampant, but God will
have the final word. God bless. Becky. Capone, come
on up. You can stand up. We'll close
in prayer, close in song. I know a little heavy, a little
heartbreaking. This is the reality of where
people live. You know that, right? would to God that we would be
bridge builders, leading people to Christ. Father,
thank You. Lord, we know what's coming.
You told us before that this would happen, so that when we
started to see it happen, that we would start paying attention. wake up out of our spiritual
slumber. And for those who are not believers,
that they would believe in You, the I am. And those of us who
are believers, many of whom I know are going through some horrific,
painful trials. Lord, I pray that they are encouraged
today knowing that that trumpet can sound any day. So thank You, Lord. And lastly,
Lord, for anybody who's never put their trust in You, I pray
that they would not delay the most important decision of their
life for eternal life. Please, Lord, let today be their
day, the day of their salvation. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Series Bible Prophecy Updates
Pastor JD talks about how we're just a key stroke away from the pre-tribulation rapture and start of the 7-year tribulation by virtue of the swiftness with which developments of prophetic significance are escalating.
