God's Judgment of His People

God's judgment of His People:

First, in v 4, 6-7, 19-20 - God's judgment of His people was accomplished by means of a plague of locusts and by drought.

Second, in v 5, 8-14 - God requires His people to penitently respond to His judgment.

Third, in v 15 - It is God Himself who administers judgment upon His own people.
