A new law to cover the old law

This chapter picks up after the events of chapter seven. Haman is now dead, Esther is safe, Mordecai has been properly rewarded, but Haman's influence still reaches out from the grave. The Jewish people are still under his death sentence and that cannot be changed. Something must come along and over ride what has been done. I believe in this chapter we are given a type of salvation for those who will put their faith in the only one who can truly make a difference in their life.
