Righteousness: Divine or human?

Our justification and salvation are firmly grounded on God's righteousness alone. Any attempt to reach God based on man's righteousness is rebellion and idolatry. Christ is transcendent and eminent, unable to fail. The incarnation is how God is able to reconcile with man through His own righteousness and He does this by dwelling within us.
