Christ and the Will of God

Entering the 10th chapter of the Letter to the Hebrews, our author brings the heart of the theological argument of this letter to a close. He asserts clearly that Christ has done what no other offering could have, and yet what all of the Old Testament sacrifices foreshadowed. Moreover, turning to Psalm 40, he argues that the Old Testament Scriptures always testified that it would happen in just this way.
