Be Well!

Don't lose the urgency of what God says in the middle section of this little letter. You must contend, agonize for the faith. Not only is the church always under attack, YOU are always under attack. To make it to the end of the path of the Christian life, you need to regard ungodliness in the church, remember God's judgment, and resist the sins of the ungodly.

But you also need to know that the tone of Jude is not frantic. The warnings aren't predictive for God's children. For reasons entirely of God you can have good hope of making it to the end. And this hope is vital. Most quitters drop out from a sense of hopelessness. You have reasons to persevere in confidence of success.
