Peter tells us that the written Word of God is more sure than eyewitness testimony, apostolic preaching, a word of prophecy, and anything your pastor says! So what does it mean that no prophecy is of private interpretation? And where did Scripture come from? We learn in these few verses that God's written Word is inspired, inerrant, and infallible. As a result, we must heed it!
