We continue a year through what we believe as Christians using the Heidelberg Catechism.
This afternoon, we continue in the third part on our gratitude in response to God's grace. Since we have been delivered from all our sins and misery, we now out of gratitude, in Christ, and by the power of the Holy Spirit keep the first commandment by prioritizing our love of God over the gifts that God gives us; by loving the Creator rather than the creature.
