Christ's worldwide worship and wisdom!

We need to have a proper understanding of weekly corporate worship. God has given us the Lord's Day and we need to understand it rightly if we will have an impact on our culture. The liturgical nature of our worship service dates back to the beginning and connects us the the entire Body of Christ including those who went before us and those who will come after us. In the service we confess and forsake our sin, then we draw near to Christ as we allow His Word to take us apart and put us back together again. This service is consummated with the taking of the Lord's Supper a sacrament that provides nutrition and power to all believers. After this service we are more prepared to go out into the world as Christ's representatives in the Earth desiring to walk more closely with Him after every service desiring His Kingdom to grow in our hearts, families, and our culture as a whole. If we understand this rightly we will want to come prepared for worship, and make this part of our week a most high priority, as God Himself has considering that He commands the honoring of the Sabbath.
