The Lord Controls The Outcome

We can make all kinds of plans, however, God is in control of all outcomes. We can do nothing apart from God and He knows what is in our hearts. He works out everything for His own ends. The proud will not go unpunished. We should long to get in step with God's ways, if we oppose Him, we will lose. It is better to have a little with righteousness. If we do not want God to rule over us, then God will give us someone less than God to rule over us. Money is not as valuable as knowing the Lord. Jesus says that we cannot serve God and money. We should say things that build people up and not tear them down. We should not pay people not to work, that is evil. We should not complain about getting old. God is a merciful God who over looks an offense, we should do the same. It is easier to fight other people, then it is to control ourselves. God is in control and He controls the outcome.
