Today is the 2024 Thursday and there's a scripture in Jeremiah that says, the pastors are become brutish and have not sought the Lord. Therefore they shall not prosper, and all their flock shall be scattered. Jeremiah 10 21 Where are the pastors today speaking out against evil and sin and corruption? Where are they? They're few and far between. But who do we have speaking out in leadership positions in our social society today. Oprah, Kamala, Michael Obama, Paula White, and many, many others. Jeremiah 12 10. Many pastors have destroyed my vineyard and have trodden my portion underfoot. They have made my pleasant portion a desolate wilderness. What does the word brutish mean? How pastors have become brutish. Well, the dictionary says a brute is an extremely violent or wild person or animal. like an animal resembling a beast well that's what we've got that's what we've got in our so-called churches today animals like Greek beasts lacking sensibility you know All one has to do is listen to a little bit of the Democratic National Convention and you can see a lot of these brute beasts, can't you? Promoting homosexuality, promoting the homosexual lifestyle, promoting the infanticide, the killing of infants, promoting all of the worst things in our society. Jeremiah 22-1, Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pastor, saith the Lord. They actually have the audacity to have preachers get up and do benedictions at the Democratic National Convention. What a joke. Jeremiah 22, 22 The wind shall eat up all thy pastors, and thy lovers shall go into captivity. Surely then shalt thou be ashamed and confounded for all thy wickedness. Jeremiah 2, 8 The priest said, Not where is the Lord? And they that handle the law knew not the pastors also transgressed against me. And the prophets prophesied by Baal, and walked after things that do not profit. Jeremiah 23, 2 Therefore thus saith the Lord God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people. You have scattered my flock and driven them away, and have not visited them. Behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doing, saith the Lord. Well, that's a good message for America. Where are the pastors speaking against all this filth that's being propagated in the Democratic National Congress? Where are they? Where are they? There was a time in America where at least we had a little bit of morality that was being reinforced by the pastors. Where is it today? Like I said yesterday, these people have been turned over to strong delusion that they would leave a lie. There's nothing. There's no moral compass. There's no moral leadership. Why are not the pastors crying out against this filth, is my question. Because they want to be accepted. They want to be propped up as some great spiritual leader. They're brutish. They don't have the moral fortitude to stand up against this filth. Well, that's my thoughts this morning. Think about it. God bless.
