Brotherly Love, Pt. 1: Strangers and Prisoners

Having chronicled the love of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, by expanding before the saints the glorious and beautiful plan of redemption, the Apostle calls the saints to love, likewise - to love as they have been loved, and to manifest the saving grace of God in every relationship they find themselves whether it is within the household of faith, or outside of it. There are many exhortations built upon the revelation of Christ, our Great High Priest and Covenant Lord, and we will take these up, seeking to better understand to be exhorted again, as we are no strangers to the calls to applied holiness that we find in these verses. How shall we then live in light of the salvation of God, revealed to us, and at work in our hearts? Let's find out!
