OT Introduction: Habakkuk

Habakkuk struggled with the holiness of God that seemingly let unrighteous go unjudged. However, God reveals his plan to judge sin. That plan does not fit Habakkuk's theological framework, because God uses the idolatrous Babylonians to bring judgment. In the end the fear and confusion of Habakkuk becomes a psalm of faith in God's plan and care.
