Jonathan's Dilemma!

but truly as the LORD liveth, and as thy soul liveth, there is but a step between me and death."......

"And Jonathan said, Far be it from thee: for if I knew certainly that evil were determined by my father to come upon thee, then would not I tell it thee?"

Jonathan love David.. the Lord had knit their hearts together.. and he loved his father, the King,.. who hated David.. and wanted him dead...what heartbreak to learn this ,... what was he to do about it..
What can we learn from this heart ache of both of these godly young men..
