The Constant King

The king that we need is constant and good, one who does not turn aside, but who always honours God. We see in Jotham, son of Uzziah, a picture of this King. We see how he contrasted from his father in his humility, and how also he stood in continuity in what was good. And we see most of all his glorious constancy, all pointing to Christ.
