I'd like to say that it's an honor and a privilege to be in the Lord's house tonight and thankful for this opportunity. And I remember probably, I don't think that I was ever at Old Union before, I think it was 1991, I preached my first sermon in December of 1990, and I came here to the minister school in 91. for the first time. I remember sitting on the front row, and used to we had the clock that sat up there on the front row, and a bunch of us young preachers sitting there on the front row and taking it all in. And it's truly thankful, I'm truly thankful to be here tonight. I appreciate this opportunity, any opportunity that I get to try to serve the Lord. And we look, and I wanna start with a scriptural reading here for just a moment. I'm gonna read a verse of scripture, and then we're gonna go to another scripture. But 1 Peter 5 and 8. Says, likewise ye younger submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you submit one to another and be clothed with humility, for God resisteth the proud and giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore into the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon him, for he careth for you. Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary, the devil, has a roaring line walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. Now, I read some additional verses there that maybe I didn't plan to start with, but we look at and it says, be sober, be vigilant, be watchful, be awake. And we need to look at serving the Lord soberly and be watchful. And it says, because your adversary, your enemy, your opposition, walketh about seeking whom he may devour. Now that would be the center of my thought tonight. And we look about and I wanna talk a little bit about Samson tonight. And of course, Samson, he was a Nazarite from his mother's womb. And she had been told that that had been revealed to her in the 13th chapter of Judges. Now, if you want to go back and you want to read Numbers, the sixth chapter, you'll find the law of the Nazarite and how that they will conduct themselves, how that they were to not eat of the fruit of the vine or drink of the fruit of the vine or cut their hair or touch any dead thing or anything, you'll find that in the 6th chapter of Numbers. But we see in the 13th chapter of Judges, you know, that it was revealed unto Samson's mother that he would be a Nazarite from the womb, that she should drink nothing and she should abstain from certain things. And so, you know, and we'll, to save time, because we have a rather lengthy reading lesson, as we turn over into Judges 16. And I want to look at this. And it says in Judges 16, It says that Samson went to Gaza and saw there in Harlot and went in unto her. And it was told the Gazite, saying, Samson has come hither, and they come past him in and laid wait for him all night in the gate of the city, and were quiet all the night, saying in the morning, when it is day, we shall kill him. And Sepson lay till midnight, and arose at midnight, and took the doors of the gate of the city, and the two posts, and went away with them bar and all, and put them upon his shoulders, and carried them up to the top of an hill that is before Hebron. And it came to pass afterward that he loved a woman in the valley of Sorek, whose name was Delilah." Now, a little bit of background. Samson was a very colorful character, to say the least. And, you know, he had been promised a wife, and his wife had, he'd been sort of cheated out of his wife, and he was single, and we see that many times he'd had run-ins there with the Philistines, and he was sort of a thorn in the side of the Philistines. We look in here in the book of Judges, and the Judges is a period of time from the time of the expedition of Joshua, from the time that Joshua passed away until in Samson where the kingdom was set up. then God used judges there to, you know, when his children, when God's people erred, you know, he would bring them back. He would give them a solution. You know, a lot of times, and that's the same way that we are today. A lot of times we'll get ourselves in trouble. We'll make poor decisions and do things that are contrary to the will of God. And we will get ourselves in a shape or involved in things that we shouldn't be involved in. And then God, you know, we call on the Lord. And that's exactly what happened to them. They got to the point. where a judge would come, or one of the persons that were known as a judge would come and point them back unto God, into the way that they should be walking. And you know, we see that Sapson was one of these. And we see here that he loved a woman in the Valley of Sorek whose name was Delilah. And the lords of the Philistines came upon her and said unto her, Entice him, and see wherein his great strength lieth. And by what means we may prevail against him, that we may bind him to afflict him, and we will give thee every one of us seven or eleven hundred pieces of silver. And Delilah said to Samson, Tell me, I pray thee, wherein thy great strength lieth, and wherewith thou mightest be bound to afflict thee. And Samson said unto her, if they bind one, or if they bind me with seven green widths that were never dried, then shall I be weak and be as another man. Then the lords of the Philistines brought up to her seven green widths, which had not been dried, and she bound him with them. Now there were men lying in wait abiding with her in the chamber, and she said unto him, The Philistines be upon thee, Samson. And he break the wits, as a thread of toll is broken when it toucheth the fire, so his strength was not known. And Delilah said unto Samson, Behold, thou hast mocked me and told me lies. Now tell me, I pray thee, wherewith thou mightest be bound? And he said unto her, if they bind me fast with new ropes that never were occupied, then shall I be weak and be as another man. Delilah therefore took new ropes and bound him therewith and said unto him, The Philistines be upon thee, Samson. And there were liars in wait, abiding in the chamber, and he break them from off his arms like a thread. And Delilah said unto Samson, hitherto thou hast mocked me and told me lies, tell me wherewith thou mightest be bound. And he said unto her, if thou weavest the seven locks of my head with the web, and she fastened it with the pin, and said unto him, the Philistines be upon thee, Samson. And he awaked out of his sleep and went away with the pin of the beam and with the web. And she said unto him, how canst thou say I love thee when thine heart is not with me? Thou hast mocked me these three times and hast not told me wherein thy great strength lieth. Now, I've often heard the saying, you know, love is blind. Now, Samson, you know, I don't know what possessed him because, you know, she had done, tried to trick him three times, done tried to find out what were in his streets, lied so that he might be captured and yet, He still, you know, was with her. He still loved her. He still listened to her. And finally, he succumbs to her enticements and actually reveals unto her the root of his strength. Now, you know, to the Nazarite, you know, Samson had long locks of hair. Now, those locks of hair, now, they represented his strength. But I'm telling you, his strength comes from God. His strength comes from God just as our strength. There's our power and our help comes from God. You know, look into the hills, whence cometh thy help? You know, that's where our help comes from. That's where, that we need to look when we need things. But listen, Samson went ahead and said, And it came to pass when she pressed him daily with her words and urged him so that her soul or his soul was vexed unto death, that he told her all his heart and said unto her, there hath not come a razor upon mine head, for I have been a Nazarite unto God from my mother's womb. If I be shaven, then my strength will go from me, and I shall become weak and be like any other man. And when Delilah saw that he had told her all his heart, she sent and called for the lords of the Philistines, saying, Come up this once, for he hath eschewed me all his heart. And then the lords of the Philistines came up unto her and brought money in their hand, and she made him sleep upon her knees. And she called for a man and she caused him to shave off the seven locks of his head. And she began to afflict him and his strength went from him. And she said, the Philistines be upon thee, Samson. And he awoke out of his sleep and said, I will go out as at other times before and shake myself. And he wished not that the Lord was departed from him. But the Philistines took him and put out his eyes, and brought him down to Gaza, and bound him with fetters of brass, and he did grind in the prison house. Howbeit the hair of his head began to grow again after he was shaven, and the lords of the Philistines gathered them together for to offer a great sacrifice unto Dagon their God, and to rejoice, for they said, Our God hath delivered Samson our enemy into our hand. And when the people saw him, they praised their God. For they said, our God hath delivered unto our hands our enemy, and the destroyer of our country, which slew many of us. For it came to pass when their hearts were married, that they said, call for Sapson, that he may make us sport. And they called for Sapson, and out of the prison house, and he made them sport, and they set him between the pillars. And Samson said unto the lad that held him by the hand, suffer me that I may fill the pillars whereupon the house standeth, that I may lean upon them. Now the house was full of men and women, all the lords of the Philistines were there, and there were upon the roof about 3,000 men and women that beheld while Samson made sport. And Samson called unto the Lord and said, O Lord God, Remember me, I pray thee, and strengthen me, I pray thee, only this once, O God, that I may be at once avenged of the Philistines for my two eyes. And Samson took hold of the two middle pillars upon which the house stood, and on which it was borne up of the one with his right hand and the other with his left. And Samson said, Let me die with the Philistines. And he bowed himself with all his might, and the house fell upon the lords and upon all the people that were therein. So the death which he slew at his death were more, or the dead which he slew at his death were more than they which he slew in his life." Now, reading that, we look And Samson was very much taken, I guess, with Delilah, you might say. He was taken with her and no doubt that he had a passion or a love for her. And we know that she tried to trick him those three times. And yet he, once again, laid his head upon her knees and slept. And he had told her exactly where in his strength lies. And he said, you know, the locks, no razor has ever come upon my head. And said, if my head was shaved, if my hair was cut, then I would be like any other man. And so, as he slept there, there was those, there was Philistines that were on the outside that were there laying in wait, and Delilah called one of them. Now, this was a man that had great strength. He had slew 3,000 with the jawbone of an ass, the scripture says earlier. He had run off with the bar and everything where they tried to keep him and tried to chain him up. And we see that he took the whole thing and ran off with it. What great strength he was. So you imagine if you were that person that were going in there to shave off Samson's head, to cut the locks of his hair. I could just imagine I would be scared to death. And I'm sure that they went in there and I doubt if he went in there just chopping away at the hair, I doubt if he went in there and just cutting it off big lumps at a time and very noisily and very haphazardly, he probably went in and he very carefully, snipped a little bit at a time. That's what I would do. I wouldn't want him to wake up. But we look at this and, you know, that's sort of how the devil works with us. In our families, you know, there's a lot of times, you know, this person slipped in and no doubt he cut a little bit of Samson's hair at a time and Samson remained asleep. It said he woke up and he thought, you know, I'm going to destroy and I'm going to take care of these Philistines. I'm going to overcome them just as I have every other time. But yet his power was gone. You know, Little by little. And that's the way that Satan works with us. You know, it says, be vigilant, be sober, because your enemy, your adversary, the devil, walketh around seeking whom he may devour. Now, if you're hearing lost tonight, Satan's desire is to prevent you from seeking the Lord for your salvation. You know, there'll be folks around, and you know, and I remember a lesson one time, I believe that Brother Hogue taught was, the devil goes fishing too. And he knows, he knows what, you know, and what he used to get Samson. Maybe it was the pretty woman, Delilah. I don't know, maybe that's some of our, you know, maybe that's your problem. Maybe that's my problem, you know. Maybe the devil knows exactly what it takes to get to us. He knows exactly. I believe Brother Hogue said he knows exactly what lures to use. A good fisherman knows exactly, you know, when he goes to that tackle box, what kind of lures to use for the particular fish that he's seeking for, that he's wanting to catch. Knows exactly the conditions that it needs to be to catch that fish. You know, some fish, you know, tend to be, if it, you know, if it's, if it's cold, if it's warmer, they may be down at the bottom of the lake. If it's, you know, if it's, you know, or they might be at the top. They know how deep to fish. They know what catches their eyes. And the devil knows how to get a hold of us and how to wreak havoc in our personal lives. He knows if we're not careful, he'll try to get his toe in the door and wreak havoc in our homes. If we're not careful, he'll try to get his foot in the door of the church house and wreak havoc in our churches. Oh, that would please him greatly. That would please him greatly to cause havoc among God's people. To, you know, put stumbling blocks before us. And sin, you know, that we might partake of and would destroy. our lives, destroy our families, destroy our churches, destroy our influence with others. And so it's important that we be watchful, look out for him. You know, here's Samson, you know, even though, now ain't we just like him sometimes? Even though we look at the children of Israel, even though that God had blessed them many times? even though that he had brought them with a high hand out of Egypt and destroyed Pharaoh and his army, even though that he had showed his greatness in each and every one of those plagues over Egypt, which was a vision of the weakness of their gods. You know, the gods that they put their confidence, every one of those plagues was aimed toward one of the Egyptian gods. He brought them out of Egypt. They seen him do many wondrous things. And yet, what did they do when they got out in the wilderness? They began to murmur. They began to complain. They began to get away from the Lord. And you know, and that's the way we are a lot of times, even though that we've been saved, even though that we should know by experience. by the salvation of our souls, how great a God that we serve. How loving He is, how forgiving He is, how graceful He is, how merciful He is. But yet, we quickly forget, don't we? You know, We look and I look at what happened 9-11, you know, when those twin towers were bombarded or destroyed by the airplanes and those airlines or airplanes were, you know, taken hostage or whatever and crashed. And I think about that and I think about, you know, there for a few days I heard God's name mentioned more than I had in years. You know, they'd have people, you know, and they would be praying and they would, you know, suggest a prayer and they'd talk about God. And then, you know, it didn't take long, it all ended. It all stopped, you know. Now, a lot of those people, you know, the majority, For few, you know, it talks about straight is the way and narrow is the gate that lead us into life eternal and few there be that find it. The majority are bound for hell. And I hate to say that, that's a sad thing to think of. I've said at Walmart a lot of times, I don't know about a lot of you other men, but, you know, if there's not a lot to get, I'll go and I'll drop my wife off at the door, you know, and let her run in and I'll drive around the parking lot a couple times and I'll pick her up when she gets done. And a lot of times I sit there and I'll see people going in and out the doors and I think, Lord, how many of those people know you? How many of those people are prepared? How many of those people have been saved? And how many are gonna end up in a devil's hell? Something to think about. But you know, listen, so the devil, He doesn't just come in, he doesn't make a big proclamation, he doesn't have someone that announces, oh, the devil's here, you know. He does it quietly. The Bible says in one place that he may even disguise himself as an angel of light. Reminds me of another lesson Brother Moran taught one year. He said, you know, he said, the devil is not, you know, we see him in comics and we see him on TV, he's pictured as a character that's red and has a pointed tail and horns and carries a pitchfork. He said, sometimes he wears a three-piece suit. Sometimes he's, you know, and we see that many times, you know, and no telling how many people have been deceived over the years, you know, with easy, accept Christ salvation, when we know that it's a old, knee-wrapped, heart-felt way of salvation is true, because brother, I got it that way. That's the way that I was saved as a nine-year-old boy in 1977 at Maple Grove number two. I tell you, I went to that old altar and I prayed and I called upon God. I was convicted of sin, I was in trouble. And all of a sudden, somewhere in there, I must have surrendered it all to him. because somewhere in there, that trouble just rolled away. There was a little bit of a time and, you know, that I can't really tell you about. There was a period of time that I really don't know what happened, but the first thing I realized, I said, hey, I feel better. I feel better. You know, that trouble was gone. That burden was rolled away, that burden of sin, that conviction. You know, the devil doesn't want us preaching and teaching and testifying and witnessing of things like that today. He doesn't want these young ones to be saved with a heartfelt salvation. He doesn't want them to truly know what it's like to taste and see that the Lord is good. And then not only that, he's working in our lives to save people on every hand. You know, we can be involved with sin and how did the devil work in the garden? You know, he came in the form of a serpent. Now, some people, you know, I don't like, personally, I don't like serpents. You know, I don't like snakes. I try to stay away from them because I can't tell one from another. And you know, don't know unless I hear something rattling and I know that it's a rattlesnake. But I don't know a lot about snakes. But you know, if I was just looking at them, I'd say, boy, that's a beautiful animal. You know, they are beautiful. They're pretty. You might say, well, how can you say something with fangs is pretty? But it is. But anyway, the devil came in the form of a serpent and he beguiled Eve. And listen, she, they had, Adam and Eve had been placed in the garden and God had told them, said one thing, and God only gave them one thing that they shouldn't do. One commandment to observe. Do not eat of the tree that is in the midst of the garden, the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and the day you shall eat of it or touch it, you shall surely die. So that commandment was given, it was given to Adam. I don't believe the human race fell until Adam took of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. But the devil went through Eve. He knew her weakness. You know, he said, look at this. And isn't that the way Satan is? Doesn't he make sin look appealing to us? Doesn't he make it look, you know, appealing to our carnality? Doesn't he always, you know, as I said before, you know, Brother Moran said sometimes the devil, you know, you'll never see him, you know, that you might recognize him with red horns and a pitchfork and a pointed tail, but a lot of times he'll look appealing. He's a good looking guy. In fact, if you look in Ezekiel and Isaiah, it talks about Satan, Lucifer, the covering cherub. And what got him in trouble was his pride. It says he was very beautiful, very wise, very smart, and tried to put himself up on the level with God. That's what got him in trouble. That's what got him cast out of heaven. And over in Revelations, it says that he drew a third part of the stars, which I believe that's talking about the angels, or we might call them demons today. that went with him. But see, the devil is not an ugly creature for her to look at. And these devices that he has are very appealing unto us. They look good to us. You know, you might think, and it might be, you know, something that is very, very appealing to your flesh. It might be something that's very appealing to your carnality, you know. But let me tell you, that's the things that Satan uses. Things that doesn't appear to be wicked or ugly, but things that may appear to be very pleasurable. That's the reason that Paul told young Timothy to be sober, to be vigilant. We need to be sober, we need to be vigilant. If we're not careful, the devil will have us right where he wants us. He'll have us ensnared. He'll have us, my friend, where we're away from God. You know, there's an old McKamey song that says, following him from a distance. We stay close to God, if we stay close to our Lord, we'll be in a lot better shape. But when we'd start to drift out, who do you think, you know, oh, the Bible compares us many times to sheep or to lambs. And, you know, and I don't know, some of you might've read a book. I read the book, you know, on Psalms 23, and it talks about the lambs and the sheep and how that they're not the brightest animals. They're not the brightest of animals. You know, they need someone. to guide them and direct them, someone to protect them from harm, someone to lead them where they can be fed, where they can be nurtured, where they can be watered. You know, when I was a young boy, I'd go out with the neighborhood kids and we'd play softball and we may go over to one of the neighbor's houses down the street. And it got down in the evening, I could hear my mom, especially if we played softball right there across from her house, I could hear her calling my name. But you know, the farther away I got, sometimes I didn't always hear her, you know, when she called. Some days I'd get to look and I'd say, you know what time is? And I'd say, oh, I was supposed to have been home. You know, but if I stay close by, I can hear her voice easily. Oh, we need to walk close to our savior. We need to walk close to our shepherd, Jesus Christ. You know, we need to look to him. You know, and that's the only way, listen, that's the only way that we're going to defeat or overcome the wiles of the devil. Can you imagine that man that he went out? He went in into Sampson, snip a little bit, snip a little bit. I don't know how long it took him to cut Sampson hair, but I'm sure he didn't go in and just grab him a handful of hair and just, you know, clop it off or lop it off. He wanted to make sure that he didn't wake. Samson up, because he'd seen what Samson could do. He'd seen the power, and where did Samson get his power again? He got it from the Lord. The devil, he'll come in, and he'll sneak in, and he'll stir things up, and he'll get into our lives, and into our families, and into our churches, and he does it a little bit at a time, and he does it quietly. The Bible says, woe to those that are at ease in Zion. If we're not careful, if we're not sober, if we're not vigilant, the first thing you know, the devil will wreak havoc in our lives. You know, wreak havoc in our families. You know, I love, The old church. I love that she brought me the gospel. I love, oh, you know, and I love the families. You know, I know that there's families in here, you know, some that I've seen here year after year that's helped in the minister school and others, no doubt. And let me tell you something, God, I mean, the devil, he wants to do away with the Christian family. He wants to cause as much trouble and problems as possible. We look, and I'm gonna get on sort of a little bit of a touchy subject, but we see divorce in the world today. You know, some of them asked, you know, Jesus and about divorce and about whose husband this one would be and about divorce and different things and different, and he said that it was not so. You know, Abraham only permitted them, or is it Moses, I think, only permitted them to do this You know, he only allowed them to. He said, it was not so. Let me tell you, when we are married, it's meant to be for good. It's meant to be symbolic of the relationship with Christ and his church. It's meant to be eternal or as long as we both shall live. I know that Sometimes there's extenuating circumstances, and I know that some we have in our life, but all we can do after that we've had that trouble or problem in our life is to go on and try to serve God. Sometimes, very seldom can you go back and correct those things, but you can go forward and try to follow the Lord. So we need to, you know, the Bible says over there, if I can find it, James 4 and 7. I had trouble finding this one, James 4 and 7. Says, submit yourselves. Therefore to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw nigh unto God and he will draw nigh unto you. You know, we can overcome just as Samson knew after that he had been bound and he'd been captured and he'd been tied up and cast into prison and his hair had been cut off. His strength was gone from him. His hair began to grow back, but I don't think the power that he was given was because of his hair growing back. But he went out and they said, bring out Samson that we might have sport with him. And he came out and he put one arm on one column and one on another. And he prayed to God, said, oh God, just one more time, give me this strength, give me the power, give me the strength to do this. Sapson knew that his power and his strength comes from the Lord. That's where our power. And God bless you, that's what we need in our churches today. We need the power. We need the spirit-filled singing and preaching and praying and testifying. I was blessed. I've heard the old saying, rocked in a Baptist cradle. I was brought up from a young man, taken to church. Both my granddads were deacons. taken to God's house, boy, if I could only just tell you all the experiences I've had. I've said time to time, I said, you know, I've seen little old ladies come in with a cane, couldn't hardly walk, and I've seen them start testifying and lay that cane aside and just dance across the floor rejoicing. I'm telling you, that's of the Lord. The Spirit of God blesses us. I'm blessed far more than I deserve. I've been given, the Lord has given me a wonderful companion that has went with me that even though She hasn't been called to preach. She's a preacher's wife and she has took up and followed me all the way up to Ohio. Followed me all the way up there because I said, you know, I've got a burden for that church and I need to pastor that church. And she, my friend, went with me. Boy, you talk about faith. I had faith in the Lord. And she had to have faith in the Lord, but she had to have a little bit of faith in me too, that I was following the Lord. And the Lord has blessed me with three children. All of them have been saved. And now I've got grandchildren coming up. Oh, and they're precious. I often said, you know, I love my children greatly. I said, but I didn't think that I could love anyone as much or more than my children. But I'd do anything for my grandchildren. But I want to see them saved. That's the most important thing. Little Everett has had health issues. He'd go back and He was going back for a procedure. And he said, mama, he said, can you play my favorite song? And she said, sure. And they began to play. Let me tell you about my Jesus. Boy, I hope that one day he knows about my Jesus. I hope that one day, I like, you know, I like to, and a lot of times when I'm preaching, I'll refer to it, I'll say, oh, I am his and he is mine. I've been purchased with a price. His blood is upon my soul, my friend. I've been bought by his precious blood. I've been purchased and if you've been saved, you have to. And that should be our number one priority. You know, a lot of us, we prioritize things in our life. And I'm afraid that we're not giving God the priority he deserves. You know, a lot of people, you know, they'll put church, they'll say, well, If I don't have to do this this weekend, or if I don't have to do that, or if my kids ain't got a ball game, or if I don't have to work, then I will go to church. And they'll put God sort of on the back burner. He's on standby. He's on deck. He shouldn't be on deck. He shouldn't be, you know, I've heard the saying, God is my co-pilot. And you know, and I've heard others, I've seen other plates that said, if God is your co-pilot, you need to move over, because you're in the wrong seat. My friend, let me tell you something. God needs to be number one, not number two, not number three, not number four, but he needs to be the number one priority in our lives is serving the Lord. You know, I found that out, and I think most of us, especially us older ones, and I hope these younger ones learn it quicker than I do or we did, is that isn't life a lot sweeter? and more pleasurable and a lot better when you put God first, when you put the Lord first, and then everything else seems to just fall into place. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not a prosperity preacher. I don't believe that everything's gonna be a bed of roses, but I tell you what, I believe, my friend, that he that puts the Lord first, that he will be blessed and he will be happy and he, my friend, of be fulfilled in life. You know, a lot of people putting their eggs in the worldly basket. A lot of people, you know, they like to accentuate things that are carnal. They like to think about, you know, they put their little nest egg back for the future. Oh, I've got my nest egg. I've got my future taken care of. I don't know what my kids are gonna do. I don't know what I'm gonna do when I get old, if the Lord lets me get old. But brother, I tell you what, I know what's gonna happen when I leave this old world. I'm gonna see a place where I've not seen nor heard nor entered into the hearts of man, the things that God has for them that love is appearing. Think about the Queen of Sheba over there. She came to see Solomon's kingdom. She'd heard about it. She'd heard many wonderful things about his wisdom and his kingdom and his servants and all of those things. She came and she looked it over and she asked Solomon questions and things and finally she was just, there was nothing else she could say. She said, you know, she said, I've heard of all these things. She said, but the half was not told me. I have a feeling when I get to heaven, all the revelator tells us a lot about heaven. There was some things over there that God instructed him says, write not this down. Don't record this. I believe there's a lot of things there that we haven't even thought of, that we know of, a lot of pleasures there, but I'll tell you one thing, I don't know a lot about heaven except what John tells me, but I know it's gonna be good. It's gonna be perfect. That should give us a little incentive to put God first. If we only knew what was waiting for us. I've said before, you know, it may be a good thing that I don't know what's waiting for me or I'd be living awful carelessly. You know, I might be in a big hurry to get there if I knew what heaven was like. But right now I want to stay and I want to see my grandchildren saved and your children and grandchildren and those about us. I want to see our churches grow again. We certainly need to be praying for them. There's a lot of work to be done. The fields are white for harvest. This is what the Lord laid on my heart tonight. God bless you, I appreciate this opportunity to stand. And y'all remember us in your prayers, remember my grandchildren in your prayers. I'm gonna turn the service back over to Brother Hicks.
