“You Never Waste Your Time!” The Faithful Outcasts Pt.16

The Apostle Paul completely changes the condemning tone of his message in these verses. After harshly warning of the terrible judgment upon those who betray God, he reassures his readers of their salvation. Christians must learn the principle of, "if it doesn't apply let it fly".
Paul then explains to us we are not wasting our time serving the Lord. God loves those who serve him, and remembers and appreciates our loyalty! Especially when we live among a wicked generation we need this encouragement.
We are exhorted to be patient in our labor for God's kingdom. Those saints who lived patiently in a wicked world are our examples. The living God will shelter us during the storm and give us our inheritance.
