We will look at the next beatitude which introduce our Lord's Sermon on the Mount. These beatitudes are character traits which mark the identity of those who will inherit the kingdom of heaven. Today we will consider the beatitude, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God" (Matthew 5:9).
