If you would turn in your Bibles, please, to Revelations chapter number 13. We will begin there. Revelation chapter 13, 14. If we have time, we'll get to 18. If we don't, it's okay. Some other day, some other year, we're fine. The Antichrist and the false prophet are mentioned in Revelation chapter 13. In the beginning of verse, in verse number 1, it says, And I stood upon the sand of the sea, that means the world, and saw a beast come up, rise up out of the sea. And sometimes the Antichrist is called a beast. Okay, so it's not a monster like Bigfoot or something, okay? That's not what it means when it uses the word beast. It's not a bear or a mountain lion or a tiger, okay? It's not talking about an actual animal. It's talking about a person, the Antichrist, who is also called a beast. Remember in the book of Revelation when Nebuchadnezzar had a dream about governments, It was this beautiful, wonderful statue, and it was just wonderful, because the head was of gold, and that represented Nebuchadnezzar. But when Daniel saw the governments, they always appeared as animals. I mean, literal, what we would call animals, but they represented government. And that's what government is, really, it's an animal. When the people of Israel asked for a king, and Samuel said, no, no, no, you can't have a king, because God is your king. God said, protest unto them the manner of the king. And if you look through that passage of scripture and it says, and he shall take, and he shall take, and he shall take, and he shall take, and he shall take, and he shall take, that's the manner of the king. He's going to take whatever you've got. It always interests me when I hear politicians speak that they're going to give you something. like they have a couple million dollars and they're going to divide out. No, they take from you to give it to somebody else. And so the Antichrist in this passage of Scripture is called a beast. There's something in Revelation called the mark of the beast. Now there's a whole bunch of other stuff there, but we're going to deal primarily with the mark of the beast. He's able to make war with the saints and overcome them. 144,000 witnesses, two witnesses. After the rapture, Christians are taken out and these will be the evangelists during the tribulation period. And so there are saints there and he overcomes them. Remember when we started out last week, we showed you all of the seven churches and it says, and he that overcometh. That's what we're supposed to be. We're supposed to be overcomers, and there's rewards for being overcomers. But during this time in the tribulation period, the beast, the Antichrist, is able to make war with the saints and overcome them. Exactly how does he do that? Verse number two and four, it says, the dragon gave him his power. The dragon, of course, represents Satan or the serpent or the devil, whoever you want, and he empowers this person to give him unusual power. He won't be just like a regular human being. We have a limited amount of physical and mental power that we can use to exercise and accomplish things. But the dragon is going to empower the Antichrist, the beast, with his power. And so it will be all of the power of Satan that he gives to this person. And then person number two arrives. I believe that the first one, this is theory and you can throw it out if you want, the first person, the beast and the antichrist is a person primarily political. Along comes another person called the false prophet. And a whole bunch of people have guessed who the Antichrist might be in every generation and who the false prophet might be in every generation. And I'm not going to guess. And you can guess all you want. And you might be right and you might be wrong. Nobody knows. But it would certainly be a guess. But a false prophet comes along, and this is a spiritual person. A lot of people think it might be connected with Rome, and that's quite possible. There's indications in Scripture that that would be a possibility. But this person, who is a religious person, backs up the political person, who is empowered by Satan, so that all the people are supposed to worship the first beast, the beast political, the Antichrist. And that's the false prophet's task during the tribulation period. They create an image. Now a lot of people have guessed about this image, so here I'm going to throw you my guess, okay, about this image. Some people say it's something that looks like a statue, but actually it has tremendous computer generation powers, and that it actually can be almost like it comes alive. but it's not really a living thing. Some people think that it's a real living thing, that they create an image, but it actually comes to life and is empowered by Satan, and that could be very well a possibility. We really don't know, but now we have a person the Antichrist, the beast, empowered by Satan. We have a false prophet, probably empowered by Satan as well. And we have another creature called a beast, and it has life, or at least it appears to have life. And with this life, you have to have a mark if you want to buy or sell anything. Listen carefully and don't jump ahead of me, okay? I got a plan. John saw a mark when he wrote the book, and it just looked like a mark. But with this mark that has a base of 666, a person can buy and sell. Without the mark, you can't buy and you can't sell. Now, UPCs are something that we use, and we'll show that in a minute. But we have something else called Global Trade Item Number, G10. You got that? Hang on to it. All right? This is called UPC. Now, UPC is something you use today if you want to buy or sell something. You notice there's two, this is a very basic part of it, but this will help you understand it. When you go to buy something, it has two different sections. One of the sections tells you what the item is, okay? The other section tells you how much the store assigned as a price for the item. So you go to the store and you go, poof, you can check yourself out, right? And it reads the item number, the cost, and you're on your way out by yourself. Notice this two set of lines, this two set of lines, and this two set of lines. Notice the six and the width of the lines and the distance between. That means this is a six, this is a six, and this is a six. So your UPC symbol is based upon three sixes. It's the way the computer reads the item what it is and the item cost of how much it costs. Now I realize most of you don't know Greek, so we're not going to deal with Greek. We're going to deal with something called concordance, okay? So you can look up in your concordance the word count in the verse, verse 18. Here is wisdom, let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast. For it is the number of a man and his number is 600, three score and six. The word count in the original language can also be compute. Now they didn't have computers when John was written, right? In fact, they haven't had computers for a long, long time after John was done writing the book. But God knew that this capability would be ours and the technology would be ours so that we buy or sell using three sixes. You do that now. That's the way your credit card is set up too. They got something better for you, okay? It's called an injectable chip. Opens the human bar code. Radio frequency identification chips, RFIC. OK, which have found a home in applications ranging from toll road passes to smart retail shelves, maybe taking up residence in the human body. A Florida-based company has introduced passive RFID chip that is compatible with human tissue. That means they can stick it in your body and you won't have an allergic reaction. And the developer is proposing the chip for use on implantable pacemakers, defibrillators, artificial joints, only the nurses understand that. The company Applied Digital Solutions, Palm Beach, Florida, also said that the chip could be injected through a syringe and used as sort of human barcode in security applications. They already have it. It goes right in here. More as we continue. Well, push the wrong button, there we go. NBC recently predicted, this was in 2013, that in 2017 all Americans will be tagged with microchips and they will be implanted to help identify individuals immediately. They had a problem. The plan was you were supposed to be, have your chip in you by the end of last year. But the problem was the wrong person got elected. so you don't have your chip yet. But that was the plan, and I'll show you where it was, and it's already been passed by the legislature that you should have a chip. According to the report, the technology used to answer one question, who am I, and where am I, it's called Verichip, V-E-R-I-C-H-I-P. You can Google it and see what it is. Please don't do that now. Okay? Listen, please. Some worry, however, that the RFID microchip will give government too much power, allowing them to track every move, which they can do that. if that's injected. In some states, like Virginia, legislation is in the process to stop this from happening. The report also reveals that an RFID brain chip that has been developed is currently being tested on several human beings, and you can find that as you Google that as well. It was reported that the use of microchips under The bill HR 4872 was located on page 1014 under National Medical Device Registry. It tells about a class two device that is implantable, and yes, they passed the bill. Read page 1014 in the House Bill 4872, read class two special controls guidance for the FDA staff. And it was under the Obama healthcare bill that it was passed. You remember what they told us at the time? People said, what's in the bill? And they said, we don't know. They lied. They said, we don't know, but we're going to find out. In other words, you're not supposed to know, and you're not supposed to find out. If you don't believe it's there, you can look it up for yourself, OK? I didn't make it up, OK? In other words, they've already passed the bill. They can also control the money and food of the people. It is also reported that it's possible even to kill the people that don't obey. In other words, if you don't obey the rules, we just push the button and you're gone. House Bill 3962 bill is an exact copy of the H.R. 3200 bill. And with the exception of just a few words removed concerning the RFID microchip, but the ability to chip every citizen in the United States is still in the bill. In other words, they've already passed the bill so that you could be microchipped. See, then you don't have to carry your credit card. You don't have to carry your medical cards. You don't have to carry your driver's license. You don't have to have a checkbook. All of your medical records can be on there, and if you read the bill very carefully, they're going to sell it to you as medical help for your medical condition. The bill's already passed, but the wrong people got elected. And that's one reason why the liberals are so really, really, really mad, because somebody messed up their plans. And what was supposed to happen, because it was already in the bill, and the bill was already passed, and the technology is already there, and they already have some people and corporations that are using it, and they thought, man, we've got this made. We'll get our person in, chip everybody by the end of the first year. But it didn't work. Thank God for God, right? Thank God that some people voted even though it wasn't our most comfortable vote. Two verses from 14, and I've got to be done because it's about that time. Before you get scared, I want you to see the next two verses, okay? Revelation 14, six to seven, and I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to them that dwell on the earth. So there's an evangelist angel that's gonna preach the gospel to every person on the face of the earth and says, you gotta accept it now. Today is the day of salvation, now is the accepted time. We have that job. A lot of times as Christians, and I'm the same way, we think we've got a lot of time. This person that I'm witnessing to, they have a lot of time, unless we realize that somebody's not going to live very long and say, I've really got to get to that person with the gospel before they're gone. But most of the time we think we've got all kind of time, but maybe we don't. We don't know. No man knows the day or the hour. We don't know how much time we have. But the angel's gonna fly through heaven and say with a loud voice, fear God and give glory to him for the hour of his judgment has come and worship him that made heaven and earth, the sea and the fountains of water. Now exactly when this message is gonna go out, I'm not sure. Maybe it's along with the 144,000 witnesses, the two witnesses, I don't know. But I want you to see the next verse primarily. The third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, if any man worship the beast and his image and receive his mark in his forehead or his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation, and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and the presence of the lamb. Now if God's going to do that after you already received the chip, guess what? That's not going to work. What good is a warning if you've already fallen off the cliff, right? The warning, the warning's no good. When do you need the warning? Before you fall off the cliff, okay? If it's gonna be a really bad thing to get chipped, when do I need the warning? Before chip or after chip? Before chip, because otherwise, What good is a warning if I've already messed it up? Notice the angel is telling people, don't worship the beast. Don't worship his image. Don't receive his mark. Don't receive it. That's a warning. So no matter how close we are to it, I don't think we're there yet, because how many of you have heard the angels flying through heaven saying, don't take the mark? I haven't heard him either, OK? So no matter how close it gets, I think we're safe until we hear the angel. Now, if they want to put a chip in me, I'm still going to have a hard time thinking, OK, I haven't heard the angel yet, but they want to put a chip in me. And I'm not sure of this thing. But you know that really, technically, we already buy and sell with the mark. Everything has a UPC symbol on it. Even the meat that they package at the store. So it already has it on it. But I didn't swear allegiance to the beast and the false prophet in his image. and to Satan. Just something for you to think about, because Mark's gonna come and close us with our final hymn, which is 566, and Mr. Scott's gonna come and play the piano while Mark leads us, and then we're gonna have a word of prayer, and we're gonna go home.
