Behold My Servant, Part I

This sermon is Part One of a three part series on The Suffering Servant of Isaiah 53. The sermon series provides a thorough exegesis of this key OT passage.
This message in particular focuses upon the contrast between our depravity and Christ's righteousness. It also stresses the contrast between our debt of sin and Christ's payment of our debt by means of His atoning sacrifice. The sermon focuses mostly upon this sacrifice, showing how Isaiah portrays in great depth Christ's atonement as (1) painful, (2) shameful, (3) voluntary, (4)substitutionary, (5) penal, and (6) satisfactory.
