The Lord of the Temple

Our Lord had had enough of this merchandizing in His Father's house and in His zeal, He made a whip of cords and drove them all out. God was not asking them to cease from offering sacrifices. He is saying to them that if your practice do not have the two-fold love of God and neighbor, then why offer them. What should they have done. They should have repented and pined after the Lord for a new heart and new spirit.
