Where Is the Lord?

There are times in the history of the world and of our lives when it feels like God is absent. Perhaps we're grieved by the evil around us and wonder where His justice is. Or perhaps we've experienced His mighty grace in our lives in the past, but cannot feel his help at present. In this text, believers learn to cry out for the Lord in prayerful longing, until He once again shows His mighty arm.
