Kintsugi Life

Our own attempts to fix our broken lives ourselves are poor, inadequate and shoddy versions of the beauty and wholeness our Father in heaven has for us. Like Kintsugi, where gold is beaten into the cracks of pottery to create a more beautiful and interesting work of art, so God in his mercy and loving-kindness takes the gold of Christ's sufferings on our behalf and transforms our brokenness into the new and beautiful life he has in mind for each person.
