Mark part 2 - The Unforgiveable Sin

The Unforgiveable Sin! In this passage Jesus tells the Scribes that they have crossed the line and will, "never have forgiveness"! Wow what a loaded passage! Truthfully, we do not like to hear words like this from Jesus! We like to hear about His love and kindness and healings and that He is forgiving. But to hear Him say – "Never has forgiveness"! That's a little heavy isn't it! NEVER! Wow this is not the picture of Jesus the "Church" has been painting for the last 50 years! Is Jesus LOVE! Yes absolutely, but He is also a just God who clearly warns the Scribes – do not behold who I am and walk away or you will die without forgiveness and without hope.
