Jesus Christ—the Lord of glory

What do you see when you look at Jesus Christ? The rulers of this age looked and saw something worthless and weak and foolish, and so they crucified the Lord of glory. What do you see? In the light of the apostolic witness, in the light of the preaching of the gospel, in the light of the proven emptiness of human wisdom, do you behold in Christ Jesus the Saviour of sinners, sent by God for reconciliation?
