Hungering for Christ

Mature Christian love is evidenced by a hungering after Christ. Is this what fills our daily lives so that it overflows on Sundays? Our worship services reflect how we lived the previous week. When Paul says he counts 'all things but loss,' he means always, not just in the past. We are to be ever counting things but loss that would hinder us from having a passion for Christ--'good' things, used incorrectly, can also hinder our passion for our precious Lord.
