Jesus preaches to deliver souls

As our exposition of Luke's gospel continues, we see the Lord Jesus Christ deliver a demon possessed man through the preaching of His Word. We are exhorted to be under the preached Word of God - for it is the great means of deliverance given to us to free us from our captivity to sin, the world, and the devil.
