Forgetting Things Behind

In this passage, Joseph wisely guides the nation through the famine, leaving it behind, and into prosperity. The people of God were saved by and through the work of this man of God, and grew exceedingly in number. We should see the covenant promises of God being fulfilled as Jacob looks toward his final resting place.
