Hunger for the Word

We continue our series through Hebrews and arrive to a solemn charge given by the apostle to the Hebrews: that they had become dull of hearing. Because they had no desire to grow in the Word they had regressed and were in danger of losing the gospel itself. We hear of our need to grow in the Word that we might grow in Christ, lest we find ourselves backsliding, and on the path to apostasy as the Hebrews were.
