One That Brings Good Tidings

After God challenged false religion by His Almightiness (41:1-9), God encouraged HIs elect by His Almightiness (10-20). In this closing unit of chapter 41, God promised Christ would come by His Almightiness. When He came He brought "good tidings", the gospel. The gospel declares the saving purpose of God and the saving blood of Jesus Christ. The message of Christ is that He came to save sinners. May we be moved to come to Him.
