Onward to Rome

As the angel said, everyone escaped safely to the shore. 276 people arrive on Malta. Paul is spared the sea, being killed by soldiers and no he picks up sticks and a viper comes out. The people of Malta assume he will die and when he does not they assume he is a god. They are wrong on both accounts.

Paul is facing many trials but his faith remains strong. He maintains a great presence of mind and is willing to die if necessary. Paul knows the glory is always the Lord's, not belonging to Him or a denomination, and the Lord uses Him to bring many to Christ.
