Draw Near To Listen

In guiding us to properly enter God's presence, Ecclesiastes 5:1-7 urges us to come to listen to what He has to say to us, not filling the time with empty words but rather reverence for Him.

1. Come to listen to God who is over
   all (5:1-3)

*When you meet with God, go to listen
to what He will say to you (1)

*Be slow to speak to God who
transcends all (2-3)

2. Keep your promises to God in
   reverence to Him (5:4-7)

*Don't delay to do what you promise
God (4-5)

*Don't make lame excuses, but gear
God instead (6-7)
