A. By being diligent to attend church

   B.  By Maintaining the Ministry of the Gospel and Schools

C. By Calling Publicly Upon the Lord
· Publicly Confess our Faith in Christ (Rom. 10:9; Matt. 10:32)
· Prayer and Thanksgiving (Col. 4:2; 1 Cor. 14:16-17; Psa. 111:1; 134:1-2

Forbidden to Neglect to publicly confess Christ (Matt. 10:32), or to neglect to publicly pray; not praying together with the minister as he prays is a great offense to God; not to pray seeking the approval of others, or that are not edifying to those around us.

D. By Giving Christian Alms
· Mandated by the Lord (Deut. 15:7-8)
· Alms collected on the Lord's Day by the Church (1 Cor. 16:1-2)
· A Doctrine Clearly by Christ and the Apostles Taught (Matt. 23:23; Eph. 4:28; 1 Jn. 3:17

Forbidden to neglect or show contempt for the poor (1 Jn. 3:18; not to judge the amount of money given (Mk. 12:41-42); not to give alms to be seen of men (Matt. 6:1-4)

E. By the Use of the Holy Sacraments - Constitute a Part of public worship (Acts 20:7; 1 Cor. 11:17-22; Heidelberg Catechism #65-68)

Forbidden where it is administered in a profaned manner, not privately, when superstition is attached, neglect them, especially the Lord's Supper
